Christmas schedule

I wont be working from Christmas eve to about 2nd January. I will still
briefly check email for anything urgent, but everything else will be
attended to once I'm back. Merry Christmas and happy new year to everyone.

Roulette computer support meeting video

Yesterday I had a roulette computer support meeting with 3 sterling
gentlemen. It was to cover some of the advanced settings of the Uber
roulette computer, namely auto target. We also tested dual buttons to
check for an elusive bug. There were a few spins that may have been
affected by the bug, but we found it to occur very infrequently to the
point where it wouldn't make a big difference. It doesn't mean it wont
be fixed - just that it doesn't seem to be a serious issue.

We attempted to simulate conditions where the players applied the
computer last. The predictions we obtained on the mk7 huxley wheel with
velstone ball track, ivorine ball. There were two dominant diamonds, one
opposite to the other. The predictions on my computer were initially 14
seconds before the ball fell. I very rarely attempt such early
predictions because typically the ball track and ball have too many
deformations to get accurate enough predictions that early.
Nevertheless, with auto target I achieved approximately 85% wins
covering 18 numbers. Covering only 5 numbers, the edge was still clear.
The secondary computer (another Uber) applied on the same spins showed
predictions very close to that of my computer.

We later attempted exact diamond hit targeting (diamond hits with low
ball momentum). With such early predictions (13-14 seconds before ball
fall), there was only a marginal increase in accuracy - basically
borderline on it being better to use the simpler auto target.

About the middle of the testing, the ball deceleration rate had
noticeably changed. Overall the ball was traveling approximately 1000ms
less time. With any other computer, the edge would have been completely
lost. However we applied auto target as it was designed, and the edge
was maintained. The uber and hybrid computers are the only roulette
computers available anywhere capable of doing this.

It was recorded, and I'll release the video after editing - mainly
removal of casino names and jurisdictions. The video is roughly 4 hours
long. It may be long and tedious to watch, with frequent profanities and
footage of bare feet, but it contains valuable information.

Uber dual buttons bug

I just spent about an hour trying to replicate an elusive bug with the Uber's dual buttons, but I was unable to replicate it. I have seen it happen before albeit it is rare, but we don't yet know when and why it occurs. There is a support meeting this week and for much of the time, we'll be using dual buttons to see if we can figure it out, then the programmer can isolate and fix it hopefully before Christmas. Because it very rarely happens, I don't expect it would be a problem if you use dual buttons, but any players using this feature should report anything they find. Reports should include exactly what settings you were using, exactly what happened, and when. Without precise information, it is very difficult to isolate the problem and relevant parts of the program.

Roulette computer shipping

As I recently shipped more phones than anticipated, I'm currently out of stock for both the Uber and Lite models. But more are being made/modified. I have plenty of unmodified phones, but they dont run the software correctly and need modifications. The technician has 20 phones at the moment, and is completing them at a rate of about 5 per week although I'll be pushing him to work faster. He has work from other clients that slows him down, but I don't trust another technician to do the job right especially considering how difficult it is to get particular phone models modified correctly.

For the lite computer, the wait will only be until around end of next week as I'll have 5 more units. For the Uber computer, it may be around 2 weeks.

You will have been notified directly about this. To compensate you for the delay, I will be sending some spare equipment for free.

Also all remaining phones that have been sent back to me for whatever reason (eg. software updates), will be shipped back either today or Monday.

Roulette computer shipping

I have loads of shipping to do and am in the middle of it. For the past day or so I've been focusing on getting players everything they need for the new automated analysis software, but this is now done so I can focus on shipping. All of the urgent items will definitely be shipped tomorrow, with the rest later in the week.

Automated wheel analysis instructions

All system players can download the automated wheel analysis software instructions at http://www.genuinewinner.com/forum/index.php/topic,279.0.html

You need to be registered in the forum, and have access to the player only areas.

The software will be moved to the player server shortly. Just check back every now and then and it will be available soon.

Spin collection software ready for download

I managed to complete the instructions today, so have released the
software. See http://www.genuinewinner.com/forum/index.php/topic,272.0.html

There are even more goodies for players on the way.

Spin collection software

I just completed final testing and it works perfectly. Now I'm just writing the instructions and if I finish them today, I will release it via the player forum today. But for actual use in the casino, you will need suitable equipment. Be aware of the following issues:

1. It will not work correctly on just any mobile phone. I will give details of suitable models in the forum.

2. The phone needs to be modified so it can process data input via a hidden cable (you can't just have the phone visible at the table and openly enter the data). You need a hidden cable, induction loop, and wireless earpiece.

If you have technical skills and your own provider, you can source your own equipment. Or you can purchase all equipment from me.

The software itself is free to genuinewinner.com players. But to use the automated analysis component, there will be an ongoing fee. The automated analysis component is not yet complete though. Basically you will be able to input the spins at the table, and all data is uploaded via GSM networks (mobile phone towers) to the analysis server. Then predictions are relayed back to you. It will be done in a way which minimizes the amount of required wireless transmissions. But even if the casino has scanners, all it will look like is someone in the casino has a mobile phone which can just as easily be casino staff.

Keep an eye on the player forum for the actual release and further details.

Thursday, December 8, 2011

Automated analysis software complete

The auto analysis software is now completed. It is only on the development server for now, but will be installed on the player server shortly (in a day or so, ready for use). Players can test it out and see what it does, but I'll need to update the instructions to explain how to use it. But in a nutshell, the new part is right down the bottom. Simply enter the data (minimum 100 spins), click automatic analysis, and it will generate a lite custom variant for you. Use the parameter input for when conditions change, and get an updated CV.

For now it will just generate the CV regardless of pattern strength, so you will need to evaluate the wheel to begin with. And soon we'll add the feature that tells you how strong the patterns are, with a wheel rating, so you know which wheels to focus on. But generally if you evaluate the wheel properly, you'll already have a good idea of how beatable the wheel is. More is being added to it in time, but for now I have too many other projects I need to focus on. While I don't do the actual programming, I still do testing and design. Especially testing is very time consuming.

Spin collection software

This is done now and I expect to release it either the end of this week, or start of next week. Unfortunately it will not run on most phones, so you need to have a suitable model. Specifically when you go to export the data into a text file, most phones will crash or not export the data correctly. I'll explain more about this in the player forum closer to release. I will provide phones that are both suitable and have modifications, but I haven't worked out any costing yet.

Automated online software

I've just tested the latest version, and it's one step closer to completion. I just need to discuss some issues with the programmers for them to fix. This is the more tedious part. I wont release it until it's fully tested and running perfectly. I don't know WHEN yet. It could be anywhere from a few days to a week.

Tuesday, November 29, 2011

Away for few days

I'll be away from this afternoon, and will be back likely Friday, but possibly Thursday. I will have either very limited or no internet access while away.

Reading instructions

I'm paid to provide support and answer questions. But when a player asks me a question that indicates they haven't properly read the instructions, naturally I don't appreciate it. I take great care writing the instructions for them to be read thoroughly - to save myself time, and to make things convenient for players. Please, before you contact me with questions, make sure you have THOROUGHLY read the instructions. When I'm asked to answer questions that are already answered, it just wastes time.

Realistically, no matter how much I beg people to read instructions, some people will ignore my requests. I've considered creating a support FAQs database but it would be pointless considering almost all questions are already addressed in the instructions - it would just mean I need to spend more time maintaining another source of FAQs. When I find another frequently asked question, I add it to the instructions too. So please, read the instructions thoroughly before contacting me. If players continue to ignore this request, I'll just have to start giving a template response "read the instructions" which may not be so 'warm', but it would be necessary so I have time to support players that do read instructions.

Roulette wheel analysis software glitches in Google's Chrome browser

If you are using Google's Chrome Browser, you may have some glitches with the online software. You are best to use either Firefox or Internet Explorer. Also remember to let the page fully load before you perform another action on the pages. This is because they dynamically update when you select something.

Mobile phone spin collection software

This is just about done and should be released in less than a week - at least the actual spin collection part. There is just a small bug that needs correction, then I'll need to stress-test it, which involves trying to make it crash any way possible. Assuming there are no further issues, I'll release it shortly. Again not all phones are compatible with the software - in fact most aren't. I'll give details of suitable models in the player forum.

The integration with the automated wheel analysis software is perhaps a few weeks off as the actual server part is still not complete. But if you are looking for a way to collect all required data without pen and paper, this is it. Although make sure you research laws in your local jurisdiction as using electronics to store or project spin outcomes may be illegal (legal in roughly half the jurisdictions). On this note, make sure you read the following thread in the player forum: http://www.genuinewinner.com/forum/index.php/topic,260.0.html

Hybrid V3 Development

The latest release has improvements on how it deals with the camera wearer's position. ie if they move their position, it now better adjusts. It is not quite at the point where it would even deal with the camera wearer doing cartwheels, but it's getting there. I anticipate cartwheels in the casino would arouse suspicion anyway. From a practical sense though, it is important that the hybrid adjusts for different camera angles. This part needs to be done properly so it is taking longer than anticipated, but progress is steady.

Automated wheel analysis software

I've tested the latest version and progress is going very well. The hard part is proving ensuring the programmer's fully understand what is needed. The last test showed they did not understand some of the requirements, but things are easily corrected once everything is understood. It would likely take them about a day more of coding to complete. That doesn't mean it will be available in a day because realistically there is more testing and collaboration to be done. Assuming they allocate sufficient time, and I have time to do proper testing, I expect the software to be available in roughly a week. A more conservative estimate would be full completion and release in about 2 weeks.

Wednesday, November 23, 2011

General schedule

I was out for most of today so haven't had the chance to catch up on work like emails. I'll be up to date by the end of tomorrow. Please do not re-send emails.

Tuesday, November 22, 2011

New online casino bot

I've just uploaded a new version of the online casino bot. It is exactly the same as the previous version, except this one ignores the spaces in the unlock codes I send you. For something so simple, it will save me a lot of emailing back and forth when an issue is so easily resolved. Anyway you can download the new version from the same place, and just install over any current installation.

Roulette data collection software (mobile phone system)

The "mobile phone system" development is going very well. I just tested the data collection component. It works well minus some minor bugs that are being fixed.

Unfortunately it will not work on all phones. This is for a few reasons, but mainly because certain parts of the software require special permission to read and write data to the phone, and many phones don't allow the required permissions. Additionally, the end product will communicate via 3G wireless networks with the automated analysis server, and not all phones have 3G capabilities AND allow custom software to access the 3G capabilities.

Additionally, without firmware modifications, the rotor clocking part will not be as accurate as it could be. But the difference for most phones is only about +/-15ms accuracy which is insignificant for rotor timings.

I will try to produce a general list of acceptable phone models to use, but immediately I can tell you that smart phones cannot be used. They will collect the majority of data without problems, but anything to do with collecting timings are often as much as 300ms inaccurate which can be critical.

I don't yet know when to expect software release. There is still a lot of testing to do. As a rough guess, anywhere from 1-3 weeks.

Automated wheel analysis software - day 1 of testing

I'm right in the middle of testing, just manually entered a load of spins and clicked auto submit then got the error:

Service Temporarily Unavailable
The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.

So it crashed their development server. And that concludes today's testing. It doesn't surprise me as there is a lot that goes on when that button is clicked, but it should be able to handle it no problems if everything is coded correctly. What probably happened is a processing loop is created which overloaded the CPU.

Anyway they're working on it. Fun and games with development. Like I said before, no program is ever perfect the first time - especially complex ones.

Auto online software

My focus for now is fully testing the new auto software - i'm right in the middle of it. I'm reasonably up to date with all other work except spin analysis, and the auto analysis software will help with my time too.

Tuesday, November 15, 2011

Mobile phone system

The mobile phone software that interfaces with the automated wheel
analysis software is complete, with the exception of some final touches.
Plus I will need to thoroughly test it before release, then request
changes, fixes etc. But first the auto analysis software must be tested
so players can start using this asap. The mobile phone software is
secondary.

So I'm clear on what is what: the automated software will be on the
server at roulettewheelanaysis.com and players can access it via their
PC. But the mobile phone software will enable covert collection of data
and predictions at the table - ie insert the data with a hidden cable,
and you are told when and where to bet.

Hybrid V3 development

Overall we are about 50% complete. We tweaked some of the reacquisition algorithms - this is where the wheel is not in the video (if the camera wearer turns away), then the hybrid needs to determine where it is again. A video of this component in action is at:

www.hybridroulettecomputer.com/reacq.wmv

In this video, the left part shows the live video (in this case, just a video file). The top right shows what is being tracked. The bottom right shows the wheel being tracked in real-time.

During the video I click "Restart" to show reacquisition of the wheel. It is 100% reliable now. The end product will be able to track the wheel, ball and green zero even if the camera wearer does cartwheels, literally. The work achieved so far is military grade.

There is a lot more that is done that I wont show publicly. But I'm very happy with progress. Completion may be in roughly a month (although it is difficult to say for sure), but then we'll need to thoroughly test everything and tweak for improvements.

Automated wheel analysis software

The programmers have finished the automated analysis software, and have
uploaded it to the test server for me to test. It is not yet on the
actual player server. As with any complex software, I don't expect it to
be perfect and bug-free the first time - it never is. I expect there
will be at least a week of testing and corrections before it is made
available on the player server.

Uber phones

We managed to complete some modifications on another phone model, which is a current model. Considering how difficult it is to find suitable models, this is great news, although a little late as I already bought a load of the other suitable phones. Both have their benefits though.

Sending me spins for analysis

Please do not send me spins in files to analyze. Sending me spins this way takes far more of my time than the new procedures. If you want me to analyze spins for you, upload them all to the online software then submit www.genuinewinner.com/spins.html

If you just email me files asking to look at the spins, I'll still look at them, but I generally put such requests aside and first address emails that take less time to respond to. Then I address your spins when I have more time. This is so I can assist the most people in a set time. I will always analyze spins that follow the new procedures first for the same reason.

Roulette computer support meeting

Tonight the programmer will attempt to fix a very elusive bug that occurs with dual buttons. I've given him information to work with, but it is difficult to replicate and even more so to find out what's happening. Either way, soon I'll schedule a roulette computer support meeting where the latest version will be tested, and advanced training will be done. It will be unsuitable for new players as we'll focus on the advanced settings. If you want to attend, email me and let me know your availability on each day for the week starting 21st November.

Wednesday, November 9, 2011

Computer shipping

All computer "purchasers" have been shipped to now. Now there are only 4 "partners" I haven't shipped the updated version to yet. It will be done this week. If you're a partner wanting the latest version (advised), you can ship back anytime now - see www.roulettecomputers.com/support.html but you don't include the return shipping fee.

Monday, November 7, 2011

Ball scatter (very important)

I've published a very important article about correctly assessing ball scatter at http://www.genuinewinner.com/forum/index.php/topic,255.0.html - it applies to all players and is a must-read.

The new mobile phone software will also be capable of doing this assessment. But this will be likely in the second release.

Back into things

I just returned and answered some urgent emails. I'll address everything else tomorrow. As expected, there is a backlog of work but I expect to clear most of it by end of Monday my time, or latest end of Tuesday.

Thursday, November 3, 2011

Important update: Away until Monday

Since yesterday I've been interstate - this is the first chance I've had to post an update. I can read my emails from my phone and have remote access to my pc for extremely urgent matters, but I am simply unable to respond in detail for less urgent matters until monday when I return. I know there are requests for support. I know there are code requests and other matters that need attention. Everyone's emails aren't going anywhere, and I know what needs to be done, so you don't need to remind me. I appreciate everyone's patience and I'll address all emails and matters as soon as I return. If I get the chance to do any work before Monday, I will.

Online wheel analysis software

The login page is now without the https, so it is now
http://www.roulettewheelanalysis.com/JAAOnline/analyse/AnalyseServlet

The server is still secure, but we don't need the SSL (https) as it
doesnt transmit financial data like credit card numbers.

Computer shipping

Some of the computers were shipped today. If yours was shipped, you will have been notified and sent tracking information. For any remaining purchasers, I'll have to ship the rest on Wednesday as tomorrow is a public holiday (Melbourne Cup Day). If your shipping information has changed, please let me know asap.

I'll be working some of tomorrow, but will be out from about midday onwards.

Friday, October 28, 2011

Android phones

On another note, some of you asked if Android phones would be suitable. I did some tests and it can be done, but one problem is the RF issues are likely to be worse on such phones. And the modifications and additional programming will be a lot of work when it is not even necessary. We already have what we need.

Uber phones (again)

I've tested the modified discontinued phone model, and it works very well. Accuracy easily down to 1ms, fast and responsive, covert communication capabilities. This is the new model now. As for the other suitable phone, it has its advantages but I prefer the discontinued one.

I've ordered another 50 units which will mean I'll have 100 of them, and wont be short of stock anytime soon.

Next week I'll send the phones to the technician for his mods. As soon as I have the first few (roughly end of next week), I'll set a date for a support meeting which will be around the week after (about 2 weeks from now). Partners can get new phones from there if needed and if they live locally.

If you have no problems with your phone (rf issues), there is no need to change them.

For partners waiting for their phone, it will be shipped from the new batch of phones, but purchasers have first priority. It just depends on how quickly the technician works. He usually averages 5-10 phones per week between his other work.

For purchasers waiting for their phone, some of you will get the new phone type, some the old type. It makes no difference as there is a 12 month warranty so any defective phones are replaced. I test them all before they are sent anyway. I didn't have the chance to ship today, but rest assured I will first chance I get. Again I'm compensating you for the delay with free additional equipment.

Thursday, October 27, 2011

Roulette computer shipping

I'm aware I'm behind on computer shipping. For purchasers waiting, I'll include extra equipment for free as compensation. It is just a matter of me finding the time to get some last things together. I expect to ship either tomorrow or monday.

Mobile phone software for "before ball release" analysis

After a delay pending some revised specifications, development of the mobile phone software for "before ball release" analysis has resumed. Many of you know it as the "mobile phone system".

Basically the initial release is for you to collect all data at the wheel, without needing pen and paper. Then you can export this data into the online wheel analysis software and either analyze manually, or with the upcoming automated software.

The following release will enable you to actually send the data to the analysis server direct from the roulette table (via mobile phone GSM towers), automatically, where it does the analysis for you AND gives you the predictions to bet on.
The wireless GSM transmissions will be infrequent, so it wont be a security risk. All you do is enter the data via a hidden cable, and you are told where to bet via the invisible wireless earpiece. The idea is to integrate it with the automated wheel analysis software - to make application of advanced methods as easy and automated as possible.

The ultimate aim is to make it so even a new player from day one can achieve the same results as an experienced player.

I'm still not sure if there will be any costs associated with it (in addition to amounts already paid). Development of both the server and mobile phone components is costly, and it does not benefit me at all because my private teams use the roulette computers. First we'll complete the work, then look at overall development costs before deciding on this part.

New Uber phones

I've sourced a discontinued phone model which has passed all initial testing for the ideal candidate for the new base hardware. We do have another suitable phone that is already fully tested, but this other one is even better. We have managed to get timing accuracy to easily within 1ms accuracy, and wireless transmissions are fast and secure.

I've already received 50 units today as they work perfectly with the Lite version computers anyway, so its not like they'll go to waste. But we haven't yet fully tested with the Uber software, although it should be fine. I'll post updates as soon as they rest of the testing is done, which should be monday/tuesday.

Tuesday, October 25, 2011

New earpieces

I've managed to source new wireless earpieces which arrived today. For double the price, there is about a 10% increase in sound volume. Needless to say, it is not worth it. With the loop booster, you only need a slight increase in volume anyway.

Monday, October 24, 2011

Automated wheel analysis software

Rather than having a very basic initial release of the automated software, we're taking a bit more time to create a version that will perform a better analysis (more thorough and with fewer requirements for data, which makes it easier for players). I don't yet know how long it is expected to take as the programmers haven't advised me yet. But I expect it would be about 2 weeks longer than the previous plans.

Emailing me & Uber updated phones

Emailing me: As I'm receiving too much spam, for the first time you email me you'll need to respond with a verification email, otherwise your email wont reach me.

New uber phones: There are about 30 people busting my balls about this every day. It is being worked on full time, and I post updates when I have them. If there are no updates published, there are no updates. I have the blog so everyone can be kept informed, without needing to contact everyone individually.

Friday, October 21, 2011

Automated wheel analysis software

Good progress is being made. For now I'm refining the algorithms to be suitable for a larger portion of wheels for the initial release of this module, so it will be useful to more players. It is very tricky business so please be patient. At this stage it may be about 2 weeks until first release, but possibly as long as 3-4 weeks. There are a lot of uncertain things about what to include and omit, and how to structure it all. Again this will just be initial release, and over time more wheels will be catered for.

Uber software on smartphone

Some players wanted to know if the Uber will run on a smartphone without
firmware modifications. We tested today on three different smartphones,
and timings were nowhere near accurate for 2 of them, and one other
phone was reasonable but with accuracy only to about 10ms. This is
actually workable considering the average timing error from manual
clicks is 30-60ms, but the phones with firmware mods have accuracy
between 1-5ms. 1ms accuracy is the best we can get it which is ample
accuracy, which is the case with the new phones.

To test this we use the same switch arrangement for two of the phones we
are testing, and one microprocessor timer with lcd screen that displays
the timings between clicks. The idea is if there is 1ms accuracy, then
all three will deviate in timings no more than 1ms.

Anyway as a general update on progress with the new phones, I'll have
the first completed unit early next week. Once I've thoroughly tested it
to check for rf issues, we'll begin work on a lot more.

Tuesday, October 18, 2011

New Uber phones

Everything works perfectly from a software perspective with the new phones. I'm still waiting for the manufacturer to get back to me on the firmware to see if we can do better mods. The technician says he may only be able to use one cable because there isn't a lot of room to work with, but he's still looking into it. There are no further updates on this for now.

Monday, October 17, 2011

Auto wheel analysis software

The framework for the automated analysis is complete. It is not yet available on the analysis server - it is still only on the developer's server.

It does a basic analysis with intermediate methods, which is usually fine for the average wheel - it not optimal though. There are countless conditions that the software must account for if it's to be completely automated, and as accurate as it could be. And to achieve this requires very complicated algorithms that will take a long time to complete. So they are being done in stages. I expect it will take roughly 3 weeks before players can begin to actually use the automated analysis part. And after the initial release, we'll gradually implement enhancements.

Software access

While developing the automated wheel analysis part, the programmers accidentally changed something so I cant issue access codes for the software today. This will be fixed by tomorrow though. So if you're waiting for software access, it will only be a day more.

Hybrid V3

I've just tested the latest version, and things are progressing very well. There is still loads to do though. I estimate there is roughly a 1-2 months remaining for everything to be fully operational, but there may be about a month of tweaking and optimizing after this. So for full completion, roughly 2-3 months from now. Could be as early as 1 month but I'd rather give a more realistic and conservative estimation.

Uber phones

We've confirmed one of the phone models is definitely suitable at least from a software perspective. Firmware isnt a problem. It also has several advantages over the old phones too - it's smaller among other things.

The technician still has to get back to me about a few things. I expect to hear this week sometime.

Friday, October 14, 2011

General update

All emails are responded to (except very recent ones), but I couldnt finish the rest of the work as I had to test the latest uber release.

Evaluating target possibilities for Uber computer

All Uber computer players should read http://www.genuinewinner.com/forum/index.php/topic,240.0.html as it explains how to evaluate whether or not increasing accuracy with target algorithm is "possible". Specifically it explains how to evaluate the deviation in ball deceleration between different spins, even when conditions are exactly the same. Future versions will do this evaluation for you automatically.

General update for emails, document and software access, and spin analysis

I'll be up to date on all emails, document and software access within a few hours. If I have time I'll also do remaining spin analysis today, if not early upcoming week.

Thursday, October 13, 2011

Uber phone manufacturer

The manufacturer's representative has said we should be able to get
custom firmware if we purchase bulk volumes of phones, but the
modifications they will do may do only part of what is needed. Either
way the rest the technicians can do anyway. They'll get back to me soon
with details. Regardless of the outcome we've successfully probed the
hardware and can definitely do the required modifications ourselves for
one of the suitable phones, although it would be better if we get the
manufacturer to some of the mods for us. But in addition to firmware,
extra hardware needs to be used, then integration of it all which is a
very fiddly job.

It may end up meaning there will be enough phones to last years, which
is more than needed. But if that's the case, they'll be used for the
lite and uber computers.

Lite and Basic roulette computer instruction update

Updates of the instructions are now available - download from the original location. I've added some printable charts for users (for building the jump charts).

Uber computer software update

If you're waiting for the latest software update of the Uber, there is only a minor thing that needs addressing by the programmer. I expect he'll have it done over the weekend, so I should be able to ship in the coming week. It's in the programmer's hands although I'm pushing him to get it done asap.

Louder Earpieces

I've just ordered a bunch of earpieces that the manufacturer claims are much louder. They're more expensive but not by a lot. I'll test them when they arrive and will let everyone know how they are. If they're as good as they claim, I'll certainly order a lot more.

New Uber phones

Things are moving very quickly. There are multiple suitable phones, and now we're just probing to see if you can install custom firmware. We've focusing on one phone in particularly, but our initial efforts have "bricked" the phone meaning it wasn't compatible with the firmware we installed. There is a lot more the firmware programmers can try though.

Uber phones, Hybrid V3, & emails

The entire day has been spent working on new phones. The manufacturer needs to get back to me about some technical issues, and the tech needs to test some mods. Overall there are now three definite suitable models, but one is about to be discontinued. This wont be sorted out overnight but it is very close now, although most of it is out of my hands at this stage. At least the good news is we have 3 alternative models to the current one.

I'll need to test the latest Hybrid V3 tomorrow morning which will only take an hour, then I'll focus almost entirely on catching up on emails tomorrow morning.

Emails

I'm focusing time on sorting out the new Uber phones, so am behind on emails. I'll will catch up on all emails by the end of tomorrow.

New Uber Phones

Of the 3 candidate phones I had, 2 of them are near impossible to work with - we cannot install custom firmware on them. The other phone appears promising so far and we're continuing tests. It may take a week or so to know for sure though.

I'm doing what I can to avoid a phone shortage so for now we'll use the older phones, but with single cables only to reduce the RF issues. A single button may eliminate them, and we'll know in around a week. But that would still not be the permanent solution we're looking for.

New Uber Phones

We've just received 3 different phones that are possible replacement base models for the Uber. They are being tested to see if they can be used. The two main considerations are RF issues, and whether or not we can develop custom firmware for them. Its more a matter for the tech and programmers to sort out, but we should know within a week.

Roulette computer partnership options

If you're interested in becoming a roulette computer profit-split partner, or in obtaining my roulette computers at a much lower startup cost, see www.roulettecomputers.com/partners.html for changes to the roulette computer profit-split opportunity.

Carefully read the details: I only profit if you do.

Ultimately the changes maximize my revenue with the least time and effort possible,
while allowing me to evaluate teams that are suitable for partnerships with Hybrid version (www.hybridroulettecomputer.com).

Uber updates & general schedule

Uber: I didn't get the chance to test the updates in the actual demo, but did after. And they work perfectly except for a minor issues regarding compatibility with dynamic tuning. But it will be easily fixed. As for new phone models, I've identified two other possible models but both may be slightly more expensive to modify than the current model. Either way we'll test them both and see.

General schedule: I'll be in a meeting almost all of tomorrow. I wont be back to work until monday. I'll get as much done as possible in the rest of today.

Uber update coded

The programmer has completed coding of the updates - both of them, including for auto target and better edge monitoring. But they are not fully tested, and that will take at least a day. I have a private demo today so I'll test this morning before it, and if all seems ok I'll keep testing throughout the demo.

Uber computer update & new phone models

The programmer said he's just about done, but nothing has been tested yet. He'll continue work tonight.

The new phone model we thought would work will have problems. So I'll need to keep looking. There are 2 other candidates, but one is a bit too large. The other option is use the current phones but only use them with single cables. This is generally fine because if a player needs to use two cables, they are better off having 2 players: one clocking rotor, and other the ball at the same time. It is not the ideal situation to have one cable, but its one possible solution to RF issues.

Uber computer update

The programmer said he'll probably be able to finish the Uber computer's updates tonight. From progress I've seen so far, it's easily possible but nothing is certain until its done. Either way I can see its close to completion.

Once it is done and tested, I'll schedule another support meeting to cover the updates. The benefits of the updates are:
  • Much easier ability to monitor edge - so if conditions change (ie ball deceleration), you will know to back off on betting while the computer automatically recalibrates (although it doesn't take long anyway)
  • Easier application of auto target for correct rev and diamond hits - the player needs to know and do less

Wheel analysis software automation

On Monday we start work on the software being able to automatically do analysis for you. When this part is done, we'll then integrate it into mobile phone software so you do automated analysis anywhere. The idea is so that even inexperienced players can apply advanced methods, all while there is no risk of leaking sensitive information (because the algorithms are on a secure server).

It is a huge task that may take many months to be fully completed. But it will be done in stages, and as each stage is completed, the changes will be applied to the analysis server for players to use.

Development is not going to be cheap so a monthly fee may be introduced if you use the automated mobile phone service, but if this is the case, you wont need to pay until you are consistently profiting.

There are a lot of exciting developments happening. I'll post ongoing updates.

Online wheel analysis software interruption

We recently updated the software, and there was a problem with the update installation so there is a permissions error on login. This is temporary and will be fixed shortly.

Partnerships

The technician has 5 more phones for modification, and they'll be sent to partners. I have not allocated the phones to any particular players yet, but will in the coming week or so.

We are also changing the phone model used. The firmware mods already started and will be complete soon. This model should completely solve the RF issues with the other phone models. If this proves to be the case, we can proceed to have two technicians modifying phones full-time which means there will be twice the amount of computers available.

Uber roulette computer software update

We're doing another update of the Uber roulette computer software. This one will be to make auto target for correct revolution and diamond hits even easier, but more importantly better able to deal with changing ball deceleration rates.

It will also better deal with wheels where the ball undershooting a target diamond results in high ball scatter (like my mk7 vestone huxley).

The developer estimates 10 days for completion and he's starting tonight. All players should send back the phones for updating. It's optional for purchasers, but I request that all profit split partners get the update.

The updates aren't essential, but are definitely worthwhile. Some players only recently sent back phones for updating, and if you'd rather not wait the 10 or so days, let me know.

Lite computer shipping

Everything is now complete and tested, and lite computer shipping will be done tomorrow. You will be emailed your parcel tracking details once shipped.

Advanced computer support meeting 4th October

We're doing another roulette computer support meeting on 4th October (Melbourne Australia). It will cover the more advanced features, in particularly:
  • Getting accuracy with very early predictions (a few seconds after ball release). This includes how to assess what is possible or not, by using the a/t assessment software provided with the computer.
  • Diamond hit targeting Vs correct rev targeting
If you are a new player and only know the basics, this meeting is not likely suitable for you. It is intended more for players who already know the basics, and want to know more about advanced settings for difficult conditions. I'll do a more basic support meeting another time.

To attend, please contact me asap.

Lite Roulette Computer Shipping

The programmer is almost finished adding the feature, and I expect to ship to everyone by end of Wednesday. While I could ship today without the new feature, I'm sure most people would rather wait an extra day or so to receive it. Again it helps get earlier predictions which is a very important ability. Once your parcel is shipped, I'll email you courier tracking codes.

V3 Hybrid Roulette Computer Update

Progress is incredibly smooth, and now the player doesn't even need to select the wheel as shown in the video at www.hybridroulettecomputer.com/v3.wmv

Now the user has the option to:

a. Automatically track the nearest wheel, or
b. Manually select a particular wheel

In tests, detection is 100% accurate. Specifically when I surrounded the test wheel with objects designed to confuse the image recognition algorithms, the wheel is correctly detected 100% of the time in milliseconds.

Still there is a lot of work to do, but the rest is far simpler than what we've already done. It's more a matter of putting the pieces together.

Skype / Support Calls

I'm making myself available for Skype calls on Monday and Wednesday this upcoming week. Cant do Tuesday as I have a meeting. When you see me on Skype, message me. But please be short and direct with what you need as there are a lot of people needing to speak.

Lite Roulette Computer Shipping

If you purchased the Lite computer and expected shipping this week, while everything is packed and ready to go, I'm just waiting for the programmer to finish one of the new features which helps you get predictions earlier. Once done, I'll install the latest version and ship.

It is a very useful feature so will be worth the extra wait. If it is done by the end of the day, then I can ship today. But it will more likely be early this upcoming week.

I apologize for the delay, and will be including free equipment as compensation for the delay.

Monday, September 19, 2011

Lite roulette computer shipping

Today I received 10 x lite roulette computer phones from the technician, and am preparing everything for shipping. Please be patient. Every order for the lite computer will be shipped by the end of the week. You'll be contacted with parcel tracking details once your items are shipped.

Friday, September 16, 2011

Roulette computer shipping update

Regarding the shipping of roulette computers, I receive 10 Lite versions
from the technician either today or Monday. Once received, I'll start
shipping. I expect to have shipped all required Lite roulette computers
by mid next week. You will be notified when your parcel has been shipped.

Phone calls tomorrow

My workload is higher than I expected (since many people just held off until I was back before emailing me requests), and I will have caught up on work by around end of this week. I will not be able to take calls tomorrow - my focus will be the backlog of work.

Hybrid V3 Progress

Development of the Hybrid V3 roulette computer is progressing very well (www.hybridroulettecomputer.com). The automated detection of the wheel in video, and automated prediction process is extremely complicated - especially since the angle of the video will vary, footage shakes, converting 60 frames per second video and ball position to precise timings etc.

One of the most challenging parts is for the computer to identify and track a particular wheel, and this part is now done.
In the player only forum private areas (www.genuinewinner.com/forum) I've published a video demo of the Hybrid V3 tracking a wheel in a video. It demonstrates:
  • How the wheel is selected and tracked: Importantly for the tracking, I selected a wheel in the far background and NOT the one right in front of the camera bearer (to make it much more difficult) and still you see it is easily tracked. The spins from the far back wheel can comfortably be predicted with a suitable video resolution.
  • How the computer knows if an object moves in front of the wheel: You can plainly see when the person moves in front of the wheel, the computer knows this and keeps the detection box in place. In such a situation, the camera-bearing player can easily step around the person as needed because the computer automatically learns what the wheel looks like from multiple angles. There is no need to aim the camera, and as you can see from the video, even a distant wheel which appears small in the video is easily tracked. This is a significant improvement on earlier models.
While this development is completed sooner than expected, there is still an enormous amount of work to be done. Now that the wheel position can be tracked, the computer needs to observe inside the wheel detection area to track the actual ball and rotor speed. This is actually easier than what is done in the video demo especially as we can use programming source code from earlier versions.

Nevertheless, the actual hardware requires a lot of development to make it small enough to be bodyworn. Overall, I expect full completion in 3-4 months.

Monday, September 12, 2011

General update

I'm back now and have started on the backlog of emails and various work. It will take me roughly 3 days to catch up.

Thursday, September 1, 2011

Software Monthly Fees

Just confirming the monthly fees for the online wheel analysis software have already been implemented. They apply only to players who joined after the previously specified date, which was months ago. The details have been in the terms of service since the changes were implemented.

However, I'll add that players are only charged the monthly fee once they are competent with the software AND are consistently winning. In other words, I don't expect players to pay monthly fees if they aren't profiting.

Up to date

I'm finally up to date on all work, except some translations for the documents are not yet done. Of course there is more shipping to be done for roulette computers, but I've done all I can do and am waiting on more stock.

Again just a reminder not to send me spins until about 15th September.

You can still contact me via email (and mobile phone if urgent), but please keep emails short, direct and clear so I can quickly get through them while I'm away. Again if emails are long and indirect, I tend to skip over them and address shorter ones first so I can help more people in less time.

Hybrid V3 Roulette Computer Progress

The developers working on the hybrid v3 have completed the proof of concept component for the most difficult part, so full development can proceed with confidence because the rest is comparatively simple. However, entire development is bit more expensive than anticipated. They estimate full completion will be in approximately 3-4 months but as with such complex projects, completion times are uncertain.

The current equivalent model of this hybrid needs 3 players to be practical, and it requires a close-up view of the wheel. For the V3 model under development, the video footage can be much smaller with poorer quality.

Testing has indicated we cannot realistically create a model suitable for SINGLE players. This is purely because all parts will be too large to be bodyworn by a single person. But being able to use just 2 players will be easily achieved. Neither players require skill or knowledge beyond basic betting.

As the hard part has been done, now it's a matter of putting each module together. At this stage we have started building 5 units (the hardware), of which 3 have been allocated, leaving 2 remaining. To purchase one of these, $30,000 deposit must be paid to secure the purchase (first come first served). Upon completion, the balance is to be paid in-person when the
unit is demonstrated. For this you MUST visit me in person because it is not a small purchase, and I want to make it perfectly clear what you are purchasing. It is possible to do live webcam demos but in-person is preferred. Essentially you will see:
  • Reliable automated predictions from video footage
  • The camera used is covert and bodyworn and can be freely moved around during the prediction process
  • How the device knows when view of the wheel is obstructed
  • How the wireless components avoid detection
  • All processes required for accurate prediction and betting
If you wish to purchase one of the units, please contact me directly. I do not yet know the exact price until I calculate total development costs including the hardware, but it will roughly be between $70k-$80k. If you are putting a deposit, I'll send you the Uber version (explained at www.roulettecomputers.com/comparison.htm) which you can use until your V3 is complete.

IMPORTANT: Away for 2 weeks

I'll be away from 26th August to 12th September. During this time, I will still have internet access, but will be only to respond to higher priority emails. Before I leave, I will be up to date on all spin analysis and emails. But please do NOT request further spin analysis from now until about 15th September.

Before I leave, I will be shipping as many roulette computers as I can. I do not have the stock to supply everyone before I leave, so some people will have to wait until I return. If you are a purchaser and are one of these people, I will compensate you with free equipment such as extra earpieces and induction loops.

I will still be contactable by mobile phone (sms or calls) in case of emergencies. But please, actual emergencies only.

If you need to contact me, please do so via email and keep questions/concerns short, clear and direct. The easier you make it for me, the quicker I can respond to everyone. If you send me a long unclear email, I will temporarily skip over it and address quicker emails so I can help more people in less time.

I understand my absence and unfinished work is inconvenient for some people. But please understand I am very busy 50 weeks of the year, and this 2 weeks is my time to not be busy.
When I return, there is always a huge backlog of work which will take me about a week to catch up on, so don't expect things to be complete the instant I return. Rest assured when I return, everything that needs to be done will be done asap.

Wheel analysis software

There are a few minor updates being done to the wheel analysis software - nothing major, but they make application easier. When they're done (few days), I'll create a video of typical use which will be easier to follow than written instructions. I expect the video to be done some time next week.

I'll be away for 2 weeks from late August - early September. Before I leave, everything needs to be done including computer shipping, spin analysis etc so I'll be even busier than normal. PLEASE keep emails short, clear and to the point to save me time.

Tuesday, August 16, 2011

Roulette wheel analysis software - update complete

The changes to the software have now been applied. I haven't fully tested them yet though, but will soon. Although initial testing seems perfect. I'll do full testing when I next analyze spins (likely tomorrow).

The instructions are also now updated, and can be downloaded from the same location.

Ultimately the main change is that you can select MULTIPLE filter options by holding CTRL on your keyboard, and selecting whatever filter items you want. This just saves you a lot of time and works more like the excel document.

Online wheel analysis software

The programmer appears to have finished the updates, and will apply them to the player server. Once it's applied, I'll test fully and update the instructions to explain the changes.

Spin analysis, compute shipping, software access etc

All emails have now been answered (except those only just received), all software access also given. All ebook access given too, except for some translations into other languages that are not yet done.

There are just a few sets of spins I haven't analyzed yet, but will get to them asap. I don't think I have time left for today though.

I've prepared 4 packages for shipping (roulette computers) and will ship monday. Again I'm slowly but surely getting through everything.

Roulette Computers, Online Wheel Analysis Software & Mobile Phone Wheel Analysis

Roulette Computer (Uber): After painfully tedious testing, an issue I thought was a bug wasn't a bug after all. It wasn't all wasted time though as I found a way to get a 2% accuracy increase. Not much, but better to have it than not. As it's Friday now, I'm finishing work for the week and on Monday will do one more complete test to make sure it's all perfect, then on TUESDAY will resume shipping. You will be notified just before I ship.

Roulette Computers (Basic): For players who purchased the system with the free basic computer hardware, these will be shipped shortly. A few more than expected became players at that stage, so I MAY be a bit short on stock, which means some orders will be delayed about 2-3 weeks while I obtain more. But keep in mind you can download the actual SOFTWARE from the player only forum (www.genuinewinner.com/forum) and test on footage from my sites - install it on virtually any mobile phone. Don't expect to go out and play the first day anyway. First thoroughly practice, and by the time you are ready for real play, you will have the hardware itself.

Online Wheel Analysis Software: Many players are doing very well with it, and are finding it makes life much easier. We're doing a few small updates to make it even better. They aren't major updates, but while they are being done, there may be a few glitches in the software. I don't know how long it will take until the programmer informs me. But I expect it wont take longer than a week. Also when I get a spare second to finish the program specifications, the mobile phone software for data collection and integration with the online software will begin development (programming). Eventually, the mobile phone software will make application of the system (with bets before ball release) almost completely automated. Specifically you enter the data in the phone, and are told exactly where to bet. Unfortunately it realistically cannot be 100% automated, but it will be close to complete automation.

That's enough for one week. Have a good weekend.

Computer Support Meeting Results

Not one bug was found over a 6 hour period, so everything went well.

We tested on the Mk7 Huxley wheel with Velstone, and ivorine ball. Predictions were roughly 8-9 seconds before the ball fall although we weren't focusing on how early predictions were - it was more about the ball scatter (what happens after the ball falls from the ball track).

Results were as below:

PART 1: With very basic settings, ie no dynamic adjustments for ball deceleration changes, no scatter management, and no target: very poor accuracy. It was difficult to ascertain if there was any edge at all. The equivalent settings of the lite and basic computer were used. To determine this, we observed the raw chart.

PART 2: Basic "correct revolution" auto targeting with adjustments for ball deceleration rate changes: The computer correctly noted the ball position at the end of the spin almost always within 1-3 pockets accuracy. When it was incorrect, the computer perfectly automatically adjusted. While the computer did everything perfectly, the ball scatter was "all over the place". The accuracy was roughly about 60% wins betting 18 numbers. To determine this, we observed the COM chart. So there was an edge, but only slight.

PART 3: Auto target for targeting diamond hits
with adjustments for ball deceleration rate changes, and varying ball bounce for different rotor speeds and minimization of ball scatterThe computer correctly noted the ball position at the end of the spin almost always within 1-3 pockets. It did all the adjustments it needed perfectly. Even with the terrible scatter, the accuracy was approximately 90% wins covering 15 numbers which is roughly the same accuracy achieved in the last public demo. "Risk" was called on average about half of the spins.

NOTES ABOUT THE WHEEL:
Whenever the wheel is set up, you never know how the ball will fall until you actually test over 50 or so spins. Less than 1mm tilt makes a significant difference to not only where the ball falls, but also HOW it falls (including scatter, amount of floaters etc). This makes results different each time. Overall the ball scatter was abysmal, hence the poor performance of the basics settings. Observing the wheel with traditional methods would indicate the scatter was completely unmanageable.

The ball deceleration changes were considerable throughout the meeting. At one stage the ball was completing two fewer revolutions than normal from the point of prediction, and then soon changed back (from ball track grit). So that's about 5 revolutions when there would normally be 7 - so it's quite big difference.

The computer correctly noted the ball position at the end of the spin almost always within 1-3 pockets. When it was incorrect, the computer perfectly automatically adjusted

Overall the wheel rating was 9/10 which is probably the most difficult I've seen it. In such circumstances, it was not a surprise to see the basic algorithms perform poorly. Although it was great to see the advanced settings work perfectly.

While there were no problems/bugs, I did note one tweak that will slightly increase accuracy, and another that will make application even easier. These are being implemented now. At least one is a very minor tweak to the point where I could almost do it myself without the programmer (being done tonight). The other mod might take a bit longer, but it is not overly important anyway.

SHIPPING: I'm putting together packages for shipping. It takes me about 30 minutes to install each phone from scratch, so I wont get them all done overnight. And I have a lot of other work to do so I cant just do all shipping in one day. Shipping will be done progressively over weeks for those who are waiting. I'll contact you just before your parcel is shipped to confirm delivery address.

So essentially for the latest version, it's done. If there are bugs, 6 hours of testing didnt reveal any, in addition to other testing I've done. If you want to update your computer, follow the typical procedures and send your hardware back. Remember send only the phone itself - NO BATTERY because I cannot ship lithium batteries.

Computer update

The programmer has now fixed the issue - it turned out to be even simpler than I expected. I'm in the middle of testing it. I'll give it a full day test in Wednesday's support meeting, and if all is ok, I can commence shipping and updating computers.

Roulette computer update

I've done more testing of the latest roulette computer mods. With one exception, it is perfect as far as I can tell. What I found is more a misconfiguration, not a bug. It is being corrected but I don't yet know when - likely tonight. We are talking about something very minor like one line of code, like a plus where there should be a minus so it is not a difficult thing.

I am aware people are waiting for the computer. I am aware of people wanting to make travel arrangements to play. I am aware that people are eager to get moving. But I am doing everything I can to move things along quicker. Understand the issue is that the programmer no longer works full time for me. He struggles to find the time to fix even small issues. It is not as simple as getting a new programmer because it will take someone new a long time just to understand the source codes, and even then they are far more likely to make mistakes and changes that adversely affect the rest of the software. So it is better to "bust the programmer's balls" to get things done. I understand and appreciate how eager everyone is, but busting my balls, figuratively speaking, wont help.

Remember, what needs to be fixed is very minor and it should be done tonight. Either way I'm expecting to be able to ship this week, but keep in mind it is mostly out of my hands.

Updated roulette computer instructions

The roulette computer instructions (English only) have been updated to explain application of the new auto target feature (chapter 20). You can download them from the same link(s). You will not need new registration details.

Roulette computer updates

The roulette computer programmer was unexpectedly able to work most of today, so the most relevant recent roulette computer bugs are now corrected. From initial testing, everything appears to be perfect but I'll continue testing tomorrow. If everything is ok, I'll prepare packages for shipping.

Roulette Computer Support meeting 27th July & Roulette Computer Updates

Roulette Computer Support There will be a roulette computer support meeting on Wednesday 27th July (from 10am-5pm). This is ONLY for purchasers and partners who already have the roulette computer. The purpose of the meeting will be to cover some of the new features, and how they are applied. To attend, please email me directly to confirm your attendance. It will be a small meeting (no more than 6 or so seats) so if you want to attend, please contact me asap.

Roulette Computer Updates: I did more testing last Thursday, and couldn't find any new issues. Because it will take some time for the programmer to fix the known issues, I've requested that he do a patch job to remove the bugs. The bugs are that about 10% of the data saved to the charts is incorrect. This 10% only occurs on specific spins when the computer is calibrated for certain conditions (ball deceleration). The request I've made is to make it so the calibration still takes place, but without the incorrect chart data. All this means is application takes about 10% longer than it normally would. Accuracy is not affected.

Roulette computer mods, calls thursday, and player support meeting

Computer mods: Besides the already known bugs, I haven't been able to find any other issues. The known bugs are not critical for the most important settings, so most users will not encounter them except for one of the bugs. And that bug only means application will take 5-10% longer than it could. It's not 100% perfect so I'm not completely happy, and I'm on the programmer's case to get it perfect asap. But at least for the auto target mod, it works perfectly and I couldn't be happier. I'll start work on the updated instructions.

Calls on Thursday: I have a meeting this Thursday so wont be around to take calls. During the meeting I'll do even more testing of the latest version to further check for issues.

Player support meeting (for computer): Assuming the testing on thursday goes well, after Thursday I'll schedule a player support meeting for the roulette computer. IF YOU WANT TO ATTEND, PLEASE EMAIL ME ASAP AND SPECIFY A RANGE OF DATES THAT SUIT YOU. I expect it will be held about 2 weeks from now, during a weekday.

Monday, July 11, 2011

Roulette computer mods

The mod is complete, but the changes inadvertently caused errors with other parts of the software. I expected this because of the complexity of the source code. From testing I've done so far, it appears to only have affected MANUAL diamond targeting which will only rarely be used anyway, so it doesn't really matter. There is also one other issue that needs to be fixed (that does matter), then everything is done. If it cannot be fixed in a timely manner, we'll just use a patch that only means computer application will take about 5-10% longer than usual.

I'm submitting a full test report to the programmer today and hopefully it wont take him long to fix things. Either way I've started preparing shipments so they'll be ready once the loose ends are tied up.

Regarding a player support meeting to cover the new mods, I expect to arrange a date some time this week. Before I do this though, I will need to thoroughly test the mod again. I spent about 4 hours testing it over the weekend and couldn't find any issues, but just need to be sure.

Thursday, July 7, 2011

Roulette computer update

The programmer will be spending half of tomorrow working on the updates. I'll make sure he does the priority parts first, then I can at least organize another player training session (melbourne, australia) for computer players, to cover the mods. They are very simple to apply though (which was the point of them), but any training session helps players anyway. I don't know "when" yet - it'll simply be when the programmer is done, and I've tested it all.

Also for anyone waiting for a computer, I'll ship once the mod is complete and fully tested. As painful as the wait is (most painful for me I assure you), understand there are only minor things that need to change in the software from a coding perspective. The problem is getting the programmers time. It's not as simple as finding another programmer as previously explained - the source code is just far too complex and takes at least a week for new programmers to follow, and even then they may accidentally make mistakes that affect the whole software, and I'm not even counting firmware integration.

Monday, July 4, 2011

Computer mod

The programmer still hasn't finished it. He said he'll work on it tonight. Either way I'll give him until the end of the week, then will have no choice but to use a different programmer. Understand it is a tricky situation because the mods left are so small for the current programmer, but to get a new programmer to do them will take them at least a week just to follow the code, and there's always the chance they change wrong parts which cause more problems.

Roulette computer, Online Software, and calls today

Calls today: I wont be taking any calls today as I'll be focusing on testing roulette computer mods.

Computer mods: the good news is the major part is now complete and working correctly. The bad news is some minor parts of it are not working correctly. The minor parts decrease accuracy by about 15%, so I'm not going to release it until things are fully worked out. But when I say minor, I mean things as simple as certain data being saved in the wrong place. This is easy to fix from a programming perspective, but still significantly affects accuracy. I have to test further to pinpoint what is happening, then the programmer can find the relevant programming code more easily.
To make a long story short, we are still working on it. It might be fixed in a day or so, we just don't know yet but I'll keep everyone updated.

Online software: a few minor bugs have now been fixed. The bugs were not overly important, but are fixed now anyway.

Wednesday, June 29, 2011

Roulette computer update

I've been working with the programmer today to complete the auto target feature. Almost all issues are fixed so far, but we're still working on it. With how little that is left to do, I expect we'll be complete today. If that is the case, I'll be able to do a full test of everything over the next 2 days. During this time (for the rest of the week), I will be unresponsive to emails and calls. Assuming there are no further issues, the updated version should be available by mid next week. But the way things are, if further issues are encountered, they are likely to be only minor and easily fixed.

Roulette computer updates

The programmer has informed me he will be doing some coding Tuesday night. He is also working all of Wednesday to finish the work. If he spends this time, everything should be done by the end of this week, including testing. Unfortunately I can't guarantee the timing though as most of it is out of my hands. Already it is almost done - there are just minor issues that need fixing (at least minor from a coding perspective).

Once it is complete and tested, I'll organize another group support meeting to be held in melbourne. I still havent released the recording of the last one. There is a lot of video I need to release but I haven't gotten around to it yet. But such videos aren't essential and shouldn't be relied on - they are more a bonus for support.

Software Access Codes

If your software is close to needing a new code soon, keep in mind that I always finish work about 2pm every Friday. So if you need a code for the weekend, you must send it before then. If I know about requested codes before I finish for the week (at about 2pm Fridays), I'll send them before finishing. My local time is at www.genuinewinner.com/contact.html (+10 GMT)

Roulette computer update

The programmer has said he will work this upcoming Monday and Tuesday. I will be working closely with him to resolve issues on these days.

Roulette computer update

The programmer is really dragging his feet on completing the software update. He's expressed to me the difficulty in finding the time to complete the work, so I'm in the middle of working things out with him to get things completed. The other option is to have my new programmers work on it, but I hoped to avoid this as it usually takes a long time for new programmers to understand the programming source code, and new programmers are much more likely to make accidental changes that affect the rest of the software. Either way a decision will be made today IF he is unable to guarantee his time this week.

Changes

I've now fully established my not-for-profit foundation, although it's new website is not yet published - the new site will be published likely next week. Soon my focus will shift towards my non-profit work and away from the public/profit sector. I don't expect it will affect any players significantly. The changes are most relevant to profit-split partners, who will no longer pay my corporate entity. From their winnings, they'll make obligation-free donations to my foundation which are used solely for non-profit purposes.

Essentially the changes happening are on my end. There is nothing players really need to do except be aware of the changes that will happen over the coming months, which are ultimately a switch from profiting to focusing on non-profit work.

Away for weekend

I'm away for the weekend and will be out of mobile phone range, so wont be able to respond in any way until monday.

Roulette Computer update

The latest version completed by the programmer had a few bugs, so he'll continue tonight. Progress is being made, but much slower than I'd like although I can't push him along more than I already am.

Wheel analysis software instructions

The instructions are now done, and I've sent them out to the first group of players. There is a load of other applications from players that I haven't gotten through yet, but will tomorrow. There are also a lot of applications for the free version (for non-players), but first I'm creating the accounts for actual players.

Roulette computer update

It is so very close to being done, but I have to go out tonight and leave the programmer to the known issues. I cant cancel my plans. Either way things are very close now - just minor issues to be corrected.

Online wheel analysis software instructions

The instructions are done, and just need to be proof read. As I'm working with the roulette computer programmer today, I wont have time to do the finishing touches today, but will tomorrow. Plus tomorrow I should have the time to do a quick video of basic application.

Roulette computer update

The programmer is spending the whole day to work on it. I see no reason why it wouldn't be completed today although it will still take a least a full day to do testing of all things, as per my earlier post.

Roulette computer update

I've just been told by the programmer that he'll be working on it overnight. I'll need to be available for him while he works to answer questions and test. If you see me online skype, understand it will be to speak to the programmer so I wont be able to chat.  Although it's not certain until it's done, there's a good chance it will be complete within 24hrs, excluding full testing.

For those waiting for shipping (partners), you will be shipped once it is fully done and tested. Initial testing doesn't take long, but I'll need to fully test everything to ensure there aren't bugs. Typically because the software is enormous, one small change can accidentally change other things, so I need to re-test everything which takes a lot of time.

IMPORTANT: Sending spins for analysis

From now on, only use the online software to send me spins. When you need me to analyze spins for you, use the form at www.genuinewinner.com/spins.html

Remember if you want me to compare spins, it should be the same WHEEL NAME but different spin group name. Clearly specify exactly what you want me to do.

For the online software, see www.genuinewinner.com/software.htm

Online software and roulette computer update

Online software: This is now complete and fully functional. I'll work on the latest instructions today, and should be finished within 1-2 days at most. Keep an eye in the player only forum at www.genuinewinner.com/forum for details on the instructions. Either way, if you now have access, I'll email you instructions anyway.

Roulette computer update: The programmer is proving very slow, and the update is still not complete. Again he no longer works full time for me, so he doesn't always have time. And getting a new programmer has its own set of problems as previously explained. All I can do is hassle him to complete it. Once he is complete, I'll ask him to look at one other thing, then I'll switch programmers completely although I wouldn't expect there to be many other updates anyway.

Online wheel analysis software

Access codes have now been issued to PLAYERS. Remember that the login details are CASE SENSITIVE. Access details for NON-PLAYERS (free version software) will be issued soon.

As per my email, a few minor things still need to be fixed, but they are only minor. But once they are fixed, I'll release the instructions. You will be able to use some parts without the instructions, but other parts need explanation.

Many of the additions are not visible until you start inputting and analyzing spins. Overall the appearance has only changed slightly, but the functionality is more extensive. Most notable are features for pattern tracking, pattern identification, and quick resuming of play on different days.

You will notice a few new control panels - what they do and how they are used will be in the instructions. Also some features require proper knowledge of how they are used for them to be beneficial, which is something you need to learn directly from me.

There is still a lot that will be added to the software, but as it is now, it gives you all you need for intermediate accuracy. On a scale of 1 - 10, if basic primordials was a 1, and full custom variants was a 10, the software (when used in concert with what I teach you personally) allows you to achieve about a 5/10 in accuracy.

Ultimately my goal is to remove your dependence on me for wheel analysis and custom variants, while maintaining security and discretion of the methods. This will free up a lot of time for me while allowing a large number of people to benefit. It is a lead-up to me working entirely on my non-profit organization for while I need more time.

Online wheel analysis software and roulette computer update

Online wheel analysis software: This is about to be made available. There is still one small change to be done, but it is ready enough to be released. I'll start issuing access codes as soon as I get to my email (likely later today)

Roulette computer update: The programmer hasn't been able to find the time to get things done. As i mentioned previously, this programmer doesn't work for me full time anymore, and if I had new programmers do the work they would take weeks just to figure out what the source code does. So for now all I can do is push the programmer to do the work when he can. He worker a bit Sunday and last night, and will again tonight. It is slow going but at least he is familiar with the source code and firmware integration, and will do the job right.

Before I ship any further computers, for either partners or purchasers, the latest computer update will be fully complete and tested. If you are a purchaser, you can choose to wait for the update, or just receive the earlier version. The on real difference is that the auto diamond targeting feature is easier to use. Ultimately it is so inexperienced players can still use some of the advanced features.

For players waiting for a roulette computer

Whether you are a partner or have purchased a roulette computer, the latest auto diamond targeting mod will be completed and tested before I ship to you. It is only about a week from completion, including full testing. It more depends on how quickly the programmer works because he no longer works for me full time. I wont get another programmer because that alone would take them 1-2 weeks just to understand and follow the source code.

Roulette Computer latest mod & online wheel analysis software

Roulette computer: The mod still needs more work. Only minor fixes are needed to make it perfect. Then I'll get a new version, test it, get back to the programmer as needed etc etc so we are still at least a few days off, more like a week for everything to be complete including testing - especially since changing one part of the program means many others are accidentally affected.

On the bright side, the "automated" accuracy improvement is excellent. The current version already has the same capabilities with respect to accuracy, but the diamond targeting feature is more complex to use. The latest version is much, much simpler to use. As I said previously: it enables inexperienced users to benefit from the more complex but more accurate features.

Wheel analysis software: this will definitely be ready for release this upcoming week. Again it is all installed, and just some minor tweaks are being done.

Online wheel analysis software and updated roulette computer

Although the online wheel analysis software is installed, it is having a few small mods done before it is released.

As for the roulette computer, the programmer misunderstood my request for minor parameter changes. So now it is being corrected.

Either way, rest assured development is being done. For both of these, it is only a matter of days at the most. So don't bother to contact me asking about it - I'll post again when things are ready.

Computer and online wheel analysis software

I can confirm online software is working perfectly. A few small changes will be made to make it easier to understand and use, but it's no big deal. I'm almost finished with the instructions and will start giving access tomorrow.

For the roulette computer, the latest mod is pretty much complete. I just asked the programmer to make some minor parameter changes which are now done, but I will need to test them tomorrow.

Apply for Online Wheel Analysis Software

You can now apply for the online wheel analysis software at www.genuinewinner.com/software.htm

This form is used to apply for:

Online Wheel Analysis Software (for players only): this is is used for "mid-range" accuracy roulette wheel analysis. All genuinewinner.com and roulettecomputers.colm players are eligible to access to this software.

Online Wheel Analysis Software (for NON-PLAYERS): ONLY basic bias analysis to determine which numbers have a higher than normal occurrence than what you'd expect from a "non-biased" wheel.

Free Roulette Computer (for players only): very basic roulette computer software that is installed on a mobile phone. See the "free roulette computer" features and explanation on the roulette computer comparison page.

Mouse Bot (for players only): near automated bet placement for online casinos.

I still need to do more testing, but at least this will get things moving with applications.

Roulette Computer Update and Online Software

Online Software: The new online software is now installed and working. I just need to give it more testing, but so far it appears perfect. Next I'll write up the instructions, then it will be ready for use. I'll give another update later about how to apply to use it.

Roulette computer update: initial testing couldn't find any errors. It appears to function perfectly. One small "fine tuning" change is being made though. More testing is still needed, so it will be roughly a week before I can confidently say it is ready for players - there is a lot of testing to be 100% sure everything is perfect. Ultimately what this update does is provide us with better automated diamond targeting, ie easier to use. This means even new and inexperienced players will be better able to use some of the advanced features.

New wheel analysis software

The new software is being installed on the server now. I wont have time to test it today, so assuming the programmer has no troubles with the installation, I'll test tomorrow then everything should be ok for release.

Then we can begin work on the next stage of development. One thing at a time though.

Roulette computer update & emails

I wont be doing further emails today as I need to test the latest computer versions. It's quite a complex task, and we need to find and fix faults. I'll catch up on emails early next week.

Online software complete

The latest online wheel analysis software is now complete. We are just moving it to the correct server. I'll then give it a thorough test, and will announce when it is ready for actual use. I don't work on weekends so assuming the programmer installs everything some time today, I expect to do testing early next week.

New Software Ready, and Updated Computer

More free software for players: New software is now available to all players. This is not the online wheel analysis software though - it's something else. Full details are in the members only forum (all players board). But speaking of the online wheel analysis software, progress was made today, but there are still a few minor issues that need correcting. I expect the software to be fully operational on the new server, and available to everyone, by the end of tomorrow (friday my time) or very latest monday/tuesday this upcoming week.

Roulette computer update: Today I received and tested a software update for the roulette computer. The update is not a change in accuracy - it is for making the automated diamond targeting easier to use. You could argue this would ultimately increase accuracy though as it allows inexperienced players to use the more advanced features. But there were a few bugs and they are being addressed within 24hrs, and I'll test again tomorrow. I'll keep everyone updated on progress. If you are waiting for a computer at the moment, I'll ship you the new version which will mean a delay of only a few days.

Happy pit boss whipping.

Spin analysis, calls and new software

Spin analysis: I'm analyzing spins today so wont be taking calls. I'll be up to date by the end of the day.

Calls: I'll be taking calls tomorrow from about 9:30am my time.

Online wheel analysis software: I'm expecting an update from the programmers within 24hrs. Hopefully all will be ready to move to the correct server. When the move is done, ALL DATA FROM THE OLD SOFTWARE WILL BE DELETED. So if you want to save your data, please do so immediately. Once the new software is installed, all spin analysis will be done through it. You will upload spins to the server, not send to me directly. Whenever you want me to check spins of yours, you will submit a form (I'll provide details soon). Until the new software is installed, please don't send me spins or request further analysis. It will only be a few more days at the most. Again the issues holding things up are very minor, but it is better to get them fixed before everyone has access.

Cheaper roulette computer now available

A much cheaper roulette computer is now available for purchase. It is called the "Lite Roulette Computer". For full details and a comparison with other versions, see www.roulettecomputers.com/comparison.htm

The prices are:

Single player version (lite computer):
US$4,200

Two player version (lite computer):
US$5,200

This is in contrast to the full (Uber) versions which are $15,000 for the single player version, and $30,000 for the two player version, or $100,000 for the Hybrid (automatic) version (www.hybridroulettecomputer.com). The purpose of the LITE version is to provide players with a "stepping stone" to purchase the much more expensive Uber and Hybrid versions. In other words, you profit with the Lite version to later purchase more powerful versions. So it is made to make money in real and modern casino conditions, not merely for playing on DVD spins.

For a feature comparison, see www.roulettecomputers.com/comparison.htm and to purchase, see www.roulettecomputers.com/purchase.html

Also I'll be doing the next public demonstration in roughly 2 months. The previous public demo's recordings are available at www.roulettecomputers.com/videos.html - I'll demonstrate the Lite version too as it is more time-efficient to conduct group demos. But at this stage I'm only conducting "private" (1 on 1) demonstrations of the Uber version. This is because sale of the Uber version is more viable for the time spent.

For current players: make sure you've subscribed to my blog at http://genuinewinnerroulette.blogspot.com/ because there are many developments you need to be aware of. For example, you may not be aware there is additional software available to you via the player only forum at www.genuinewinner.com/forum
