Woohoo (roulette computers)

The technician has informed me he has completed 11 modified phones. Unfortunately, 2 were destroyed in the process - something to do with the setting of epoxy and timing oscillator which is required to get accurate timings in the first place. But we have 11 that are ready for shipping.

Another 13 unmodified phones arrive early next week, then I'll take them to the technician and pick up the completed phones.

I estimate I'll begin shipping the 11 phones about Wednesday this upcoming week. You will be notified by email if you are one of the recipients. For the other 13 phones - they'll be completed in around 2 weeks from the time I drop them off.

All "purchasing" players will have orders fulfilled. But there may be a few partners (perhaps 1 or 2) that miss out this time because of purchases that I can't always anticipate, but easily the next batch of phones will be enough for everyone. For partners, please understand I have to give first preference to 2+ player teams who are ready to go, and in suitable jurisdictions etc. If I didn't, I run a higher risk of supplying a partner that is less productive.

Public Roulette Computer Demo - Saturday 13th November

I'll be conducting one of the final public roulette computer demonstrations on SATURDAY 13TH NOVEMBER. The date and venue is booked (Australia, Melbourne's eastern suburbs) - the venue's details are released upon request.

The demonstration will be exclusively for the roulette computer device explained at http://www.roulettecomputers.com, NOT the roulette system at http://www.genuinewinner.com. However, for free, I will teach attendees a basic method to predict roulette spins - this method does NOT involve the use of any electronic devices.

The following will be demonstrated:

* The latest version of the device explained at http://www.roulettecomputers.com

* Comparative testing of other devices to clearly establish blatant lies of other device developers - why other devices cost you money rather than profit you.

The demonstration will be conducted on a current model John Huxley wheel with Velstone ball track (MK7 model). An ivorine ball will be used, which is a very "bouncy" ball.

The demonstration will be conducted over 4 hours, from 10am - 2pm. We'll then take a short break for lunch (lunch available on-site, but you'll need to pay for this yourself).

From about 3pm - 6pm, existing players and partners only may remain for training and general support and practise on a real wheel.

Both local and international individuals are welcome to attend. The venue has been booked and date is 100% certain, so you may book your travel arrangements. Accommodation is available on-site which is best to use if you do not live locally.

The demonstration is FREE, informal, and in a very relaxed atmosphere, which is best for everyone to digest the information and to ascertain the truth about the device's capabilities on modern wheels and in modern casino conditions.

This will be the last public demonstration for this year, and may be the last one ever. Anyone can attend, even if merely curious, but bookings are essential. To attend, contact me via www.genuinewinner.com/contact.html to make a booking - your IMMEDIATE action is advised as there is strictly limited seating.

Calls today

I'm taking calls all day today except at 11am I have a meeting, which will only go for about an hour.

Please use skype.com if you have it. My username is "rouletteanalysis". For now only message me - not voice calling. This is so I can accommodate as many people as possible (I type fast and explain better with text anyway).

If you want to only call via regular phone, no problems but please be aware I have a lot of people waiting for me.

Free roulette computer version

As previously mentioned, I'll be releasing a very old version of my roulette computer soon. It is nowhere near as capable the current computers, and it will not be fully functional because it lacks the firmware. However, it will run on most java capable phones. The idea behind the release is for everyone to get a feel for how roulette computers work.

Ultimately, on most phones, even without the custom firmware, you should be able to beat very basic tilted wheels. Purchasers need not be concerned in the least, and you'll understand why when you see the free version.

In the coming week or so I'll provide more details, including how you can obtain it - keep an eye on www.roulettecomputers.com

Good and bad news

The good news: Firstly after hours of testing, I've been unable to achieve any crashes with the wireless version. It looks like all issues are finally resolved. Although because the devices are remarkably complex, it is possible something may have been missed, so I rely on players to keep me informed of any issues they encounter. I shipped a few of the phones today - if you have been shipped, you will have been notified.

The bad news: Ok this part isn't easy. While all purchasers now have their roulette computers (or just been shipped), remaining partners will have to wait a little bit longer. Why? Because my technician just informed me he has too much other work to finish on time - at this stage, a load of phones are sitting half finished. Before you contact me venting your frustration (which I understand), be assured this situation gets under my skin a lot more than it does yours. I've expressed to the technician that if he can't complete them on time that I will need to find another contractor. The problem with this though is that it will take 1-2 weeks to find someone new, another week for them to get acquainted with what needs to be done, and another week or two to actually complete the job and that's even if they had no other work to complete. And on top of that, there's always the chance the technician does a poor job. The current technician is highly skilled which is why he's in such high demand, but it also means we are subject to his schedule and workload. So the best option is to just push the technician as much as possible, and wait.

I have expressed to him that we agreed that phones would be ready by now - I've had a "hissy fit" with him, but it does not change the situation. Likewise, it will not change the situation even remotely if you contact me to express your discontent. Understand I am in this too - I've had to manage loads of stock and partners, while balancing testing of latest versions and equally as busy technicians.

So when will the next batch of phones be ready? He says two weeks or sooner. That's all I have to go on. You can bet that I'll be contacting him regularly to make sure progress is being made, and that's he's aware of the situation. Again I appreciate the continued patience of partners who are waiting, as painful as this is.

Roulette Computers

I recently thought I found another bug for the latest wireless version which caused a delay in shipping, but as it turns out, it's not a programming glitch - it's an issue that occurs when the source code is compiled into the java element of the program. The programmer has provided a work-around so I can at least get other phones out, and I'll continue shipping tomorrow.

As it takes time to install all components, I can't prepare and ship them all at once, but know if you haven't yet been notified of shipping, you will be soon.

Roulette computer shipping

I've shipped out a few of the computers today, and will continue shipping Monday. For those waiting, please be patient a little longer. Believe me I'm every bit as eager to send everyone their computers - it is absolutely my first priority but much of it is simply not in my hands.

Roulette computers

The technician has informed me he is in the final stages of modifying the next batch of mobile phones. With progress as it is, I expect to be picking up 12 modified phones this upcoming week.

Based on remaining approved partners, I'll have stock for almost everyone. But shortly after I'll have additional phones available. I must give priority to partners who are in the best location to play, and who consist of 2+ players.

All up it appears I'll ship almost all of the remaining orders this upcoming week. For now just make sure you have sent me all paperwork, and have the latest instructions.

Keep an eye on my blog and I'll let everyone know when the stock is in my hands. If you are being shipped, I'll email you beforehand to confirm your shipping address.

Roulette computers

I've recommenced shipping of the roulette computers. The latest software is complete and tested - I spent about an hour going over the important parts and couldn't find any issues.

For purchasers: You are first and you'll be contacted to confirm what you'll receive, and your shipping address.

For partners: If you don't have the instructions yet, contact me via email. But first you'll need to send me copies of the contracts etc. I'll want to have one last chat with you via skype before shipping, and I'll be available almost all of Thursday. It's much better if you use skype as it'll be a busy call day, and even if I'm on another call with skype, you can still message me to let me know you're waiting - the regular phone just rings out if I'm on another call.

For casinos: I have nothing but love for you.

Roulette computer shipping & calls Thursday

Roulette computers: Just confirming the wireless issue is now resolved. Also I picked up a few more completed phones from the technician, and will be shipping them tomorrow.

Calls Thursday: I have a meeting at 10am, I'm back at about 11am, then I'll do shipping. I'll be available for calls from roughly 1pm onwards.

Roulette computer wireless

A recent release of the two player roulette computer had an issue where the wireless dropped out. This only affected a few players, but the issue was critical for team play. The upside is it was actually a very minor issue that will be resolved by morning (it's 10:43pm now). The downside is you need to send back both phones for the error to be corrected.

Tomorrow I'm picking up more phones, and will ship asap. Gradually I'm getting through the list of people waiting for their computers. I've been limited by how fast the technician works, and the phone modifications are very time consuming to do. Again I have to ship to purchasers first. Either way if you are one of the few who are still waiting, I appreciate your patience and rest assured even if you don't hear from me, I'm doing all I can to move things along.

Roulette computers & emails

Roulette computers: I now have the stock for the remaining partners who are waiting. I'll start shipping tomorrow. Just before shipping I'll email you to confirm your shipping address. The shipping will take place over this and next week. Not everyone will be shipped to this week - first I'll ship to teams of 2+ players and those who have been waiting longest. You'll receive the parcel tracking details.

Emails & General schedule: for the last 2 weeks I've been in constant meetings so emails and other work have fallen behind. I'll be catching up on the backlog of emails today and tomorrow.
