Calls next week and roulette computers

Contacting me via phone or skype: Yesterday many people couldn't reach me on the phone or skype - I was on calls almost all day. So I'll make myself available parts of this Tuesday and Wednesday, in addition to the upcoming Thursday. When I'm available, I'll be logged onto Skype, and will take regular phone calls. Skype is best though as you can contact me vie message even when I'm on another call. This way I can know if you are waiting, so I can speed up other calls. Please be aware that while I respect every call and recognize the need to be thorough, I have limited time so please be prepared, short and direct with your questions.


Roulette computers: The anticipated timeline before shipping of the latest version commences is as below:

1. The developers need to complete coding of one of the new features (almost done - will be by about tuesday)

2. Full testing will take about a week in between calls, emails etc.

As with any testing, there are usually minor adjustments/tweaks which may add a 2 or so days. All up, everything should be complete and fully tested, ready to ship in roughly 1.5 - 2 weeks.

Everyone involved is working as fast as possible, but because of the hardware modifications, we must be particularly thorough in bug-testing. So please appreciate while there is a delay, it is to ensure you receive a device that is "perfect". If you prefer not to wait, I can ship a previous version this upcoming week.

Demo today

I have a roulette computer demo today so I'll be unavailable almost the whole day. I wont be able to take calls, answer emails or analyze spins until tomorrow.

I've now responded to all emails - if you havent received a response, then I never received your email. Next I'll be focusing on more roulette computer testing. I have a meeting later today and when I return I'll focus on spin analysis.

Email & spin analysis response times, & roulette computer shipping

While it's a public holiday here, I logged on to answer some urgent emails and saw that while Australia was on holidays, the rest of the world wasn't. So I'll have more emails than expected by Tuesday morning. However I should be able to respond by all emails by the end of Tuesday, if not by the end of Wednesday. Please do not resend emails or follow-up as it just takes more time for me.

As for spin analysis, this will take me a bit longer and I expect to be up to date by the end of the week, although more urgent spins or spins that have been unaddressed for a while will be analyzed likely by the end of Wednesday.

For those waiting for the roulette computers, more testing is needed to ensure everything is working as it should, but the emails are a higher priority for Tuesday. All up I expect everything to be done by around mid next week, with shipping being in the following week for most people. There is a degree of uncertainty as to exactly when - it ultimately depends on my availability to do final testing.

Schedule and public holiday on Monday

On Wednesday I had a computer demo for half the day and only returned about 4pm, barely having a chance to answer emails. Yesterday I was on the phone for almost 9 hours solidly. Today I am working on answering the emails that were received when I was occupied. I don't work weekends because I have a life beyond work.

Monday is a ANZAC day (public holiday) so I wont be available to answer emails or calls. All this means I will have caught up on all my emails by Tuesday-Wednesday next week. Please do NOT send me followup emails just because I have responded within 24hrs or so - it just burns more of my time to respond and explain my schedule.

Rest assured your emails are respected and addressed in detail. Please be patient, and everyone will have a response by the end of Wednesday 28th April.

Testing computers and meeting tomorrow

Today I'm testing a new roulette computer version, and tomorrow I have a meeting for half of the day. I'll be back around 3pm tomorrow, and then I'll address my emails.

Now up to date

Besides spins and emails that have just been received recently, everything is now up to date. I have some testing of the latest roulette computer version early next week, and one computer demo mid-week, but generally this wont make a huge difference to email response times.

Emails up to date, and remaining spin analysis

All emails are up to date (except for the ones I received in the last few minutes), so if you haven't received a response, then I didn't receive your email.

Almost all spins are analyzed, and I'll be working for a few extra hours tonight to get more done. If they are not complete by the end of tonight, then they will be monday.

I'll be in a meeting until about 10:30am, after which I'll be taking
calls and recommencing spin analysis.

Update on Spin Analysis and emails

I've been out all day today for a roulette computer demo, so was unable to take calls or attend to my emails or spin analysis. I'm almost done on remaining spins to analyze, and expect to be done by the end of tomorrow (thursday). I'll still take calls tomorrow, and will simply attend to emails and analyze spins between calls. Rest assured I'm still here - I've just been slightly set back by the demo today, and will be back on track shortly. Your patience is appreciated.

Roulette Computer Partnerships

For those waiting for the roulette computer, whether you be a partner or purchaser, as previously explained I currently only have 7 units in stock to allocate, but many more are on the way. It's just a matter for the technician to get the work done. There are a few last minute modifications to the new features to make them easier and more practical to apply, it'll take me a day to test properly, then I can commence shipping of the 7 units. If you would rather not wait for the extra updates, let me know and I'll ship the previous version immediately. CV Spin Analysis & Emails

I'm half way through all remaining spins, and expect to be complete every analysis within a few days. Unfortunately the emails built up over the easter period, although it will only take me about a day to catch up.

I will have responded to all emails by the end of today. As for spin analysis, this will take a bit longer, although everyone waiting can expect a response by the upcoming Wednesday.

 

Due the Easter holidays, I wont be available for calls on Monday. On Tuesday I'll be on Skype most of the time - just message me if you want to speak. If I can't "speak", messaging is fine and I can just answer them when I have the chance.

Recovery from PC Reinstallation - Back to work now

GENERAL: For the past few days I've been reinstalling my desktop computer from scratch - a very tedious task. Only now I'm getting into my emails and analyzing spins. I expect to be up to date on all emails by the end of tomorrow. As for spins, I'll be analyzing the rest of the outstanding spins over the next few days.
