Software Code Requests

For any software or resources that are available to players, see www.genuinewinner.com/software.html

Many players are still not reading the instructions and are directly emailing me for code requests, instead of submitting the form. I ask players to use the form only if requesting a code, because the code request submissions go directly to a separate email inbox and I can manage then better, and respond quicker. Plus it is important for tracking systems on my end. If you email me directly asking for a code, I'll just ask you to submit it via the form.

General Update

Just a note to let everyone know I'm aware I'm behind on emails and shipping. There aren't any problems. Believe me I've had some late nights to try and keep up. There are a lot of developments going on such as the JAA updates that will make life even easier for players.

Roulette Computer For Anywhere?

Development has started on a roulette computer that is even covert enough to be used illegally. Of course, though, we don't suggest you break laws that are designed to protect the money of wealthy casino operators and tax collectors who care about your welfare and fair gaming. The law exists to benefit our society, so be lawful. Nevertheless, if the computer ever was to be used illegally, there is virtually no chance it would result in criminal charges. I'll announce more details via the private player forum in due course. I suggest not using such a device for "illegal cheating". It is for.. evaluation purposes only.

General update

All access codes are done, but I'm behind on emails as there is a lot of software development going on especially with JAA and I'll give updates soon. Please don't resend emails – I'll respond asap Monday.

Hybrid V3

The framework of the communication between the various components is complete. This is basic wireless connection and communication (to and from). This was the hard part of the wireless communication. Now all that's left is:

1. Getting each part to send the specific required data (such as timings, winning number etc). This isn't difficult at all, just straight forward coding.

2. A few last bits such as each component knowing when connection is lost, what to do if connection is lost and so on. There are a number of such situations the components must deal with, and each will take about a day of work.

3. Final testing.

So we're really in the final stages and although the last parts are painfully close, they are still tedious as we're fitting together all the various completed parts, and they need to work together.

Probably the biggest delay in this part is because two different programmers are working on different parts, and they need to make the code compatible with each other, test it, report back etc.

JAA Updates

The new programmers are about half way through the latest updates – it took them a bit over a week. Again these updates will automate a tricky part for the more difficult wheels. And with the later integration of the "mobile phone system" (spin collection and communication with analysis server), the JAA system is going to be almost foolproof. I don't mean to say it will beat any wheel. I'm referring to the potential for mistakes from the player. The idea is to make it so a complete beginner will achieve the same results as an experienced player, from day one.

Emails and workload

I'm almost up to date on all emails. About 30 remain and I'll do them tomorrow morning.

Player Support Forum

The player forum at www.genuinewinner.com/forum/ has become an invaluable resource for players to receive support and communicate with other players. Especially lately it has become a rather busy place, even busier than the public forums www.rouletteforum.cc and www.vlsroulette.com combined which is great for everyone except it is very easy for me to miss important support-related questions. Tomorrow I'll respond to many posts, but from now on if there are specific posts that need my attention, please contact me directly and provide the link to your questions. This ensures I do not miss important questions. Please be sure to give the full link to your actual post so that when I load the link, I will see your questions without needing to scroll.

Emails & general schedule

By the end of tomorrow I will be up to date on all emails and code requests. I know I'm a bit behind but only a day or so.

Blackjack "X-ray" Vision

After more testing of the technology, we've come to the following conclusions:

1. The technology has no problem seeing through a single card that is face down on the table.

2. It is also easy enough to see-through multiple cards stacked that are about to be dealt.

The difficulty is the image recognition software that determines what the next card is may not be able to reliably determine which card is on top of which. To understand what I mean, consider multiple cards stacked on top of each other but are transparent. This is what the equipment sees.

It is difficult enough for a human to determine which card is on top, and even more difficult for image recognition software.

From this point, I will finish development of the Hybrid V3 roulette computer, then I will have more time to develop this technology.

Hybrid V3

There was a slight unavoidable delay that affected both programmers. So development was very slow for the past 2 weeks, but now things are back to normal. As soon as I have the full demonstrable prototype, I'll make another announcement. It may be roughly 2 weeks from now. If I have a better estimate I'll post it, but for now things have just resumed.
