Uber shipping

There is an issue installing the latest software on the phones. It isn't a big deal, but because unless the firmware is 100% compatible with the java software, the java component wont function correctly. This occurred from either a recent firmware or java software update, but we think we know what the problem is and it should be fixed within a day. Then I'll complete installations and ship.

Hybrid V3

The hybrid v3 developer is having some health issues which has slowed development. He is continuing but at a slower pace. He has sent me all source codes so far, and I'm hiring a second developer to create a secondary version who may use the original programmers source code, or use their own. This means I'm paying for two programmers to do the same job. While it's not the most economical option, it is quickest, and we'll just use whatever version is best.

Uber phones

I'm doing some final testing today, then will do final preparations for shipping. I expect to ship most parcels either tomorrow or the next day.

Phone software constantly asking for codes each reboot

For the spin collection software, one user reported each time he rebooted the phone, a new code was required. This could just be the phone model, but the problem is probably likely because of having the phone set to automatically update the time each time the phone loads and connects to the phone towers. To fix this, you should only need to set the phone to only manually update times.

Public Holiday Today

I wont be working for the rest of today, including taking phone calls, as it's a public holiday today (Australia day). On the note of phone calls, some players have reported they sometimes cant reach me on my mobile phone. This is because I live in area far away from mobile towers. In most parts of the house I get no reception. I'll change phones to see if it makes any difference, but if that doesn't work then I'll have to determine another solution for 24/7 emergency contact.

Important roulette computer article

The article at the link below explains how best to tackle a wheel that was encountered by some players - specifically wheels with a fast ball release speed, and strong sudden point of deceleration. It is mostly for Uber computer users, but still has very important information for users of other models.

See the article at:
http://www.genuinewinner.com/forum/index.php/topic,315.0.html

More Uber Updates

The Uber roulette computer is having even more updates. These updates will be for better analysis of the data for:

1. Determining rotor strike point for the dynamic algorithm that deals with different ball bounce on different rotor speeds

2. Determining ball bounce behavior, and more detailed edge analysis.

In simplest terms, it will use part of the algorithm used for pattern finding in the automated online software.

I don't think the computer can be any more accurate than it already is, but any tool in an experienced player's hands is useless. Many of us recall 'bago' (tony). I find people that when players don't succeed, it is often because they don't recognize when they do or don't have an edge, know what features do, or how to use them. This update is another step towards making it foolproof, although nothing can cure failure to follow instruction.

Ultimately the accuracy possible on a wheel comes down to uncontrollable factors such as ball and ball track deformations (although the uber even has a feature that maximizes accuracy from wheels with bad ball tracks). Again as I don't think accuracy is as good as it can get, the focus is now on making it as easy to use as possible.

Hybrid V3 update

I received and tested the latest version of the Hybrid v3.

It's upsetting. I regret having pre-sold units - it is that good. In short, I'm very happy with progress despite the latest version taking much longer than expected to be complete. You could do cartwheels with the camera now, provided you didn't do it too quickly.

The rest of the development is quite straight-forward as it doesn't involve so much research and development, but it still takes time to implement the code. In all, purchasers can rest assured they are getting something very special but it will just be a bit longer than originally anticipated.

Save your login details

I must waste about 10 minutes each day sending players passwords they lost. The wasted time adds up. Please save your login details for the things like the forum and wheel analysis software.

Wheel analysis software glitches

Players have reported sometimes wheel data or profiles don't load correctly and various small but irritating glitches. It appears it is a result of a combination of server overload and a very large database. The database size is about 8gb. The glitches occur when the server has to perform certain tasks with the database, while players are trying to add data to it. Some updates will be done to help deal with the loading. I'm just waiting to hear back from the developers for a price quote.

Software Codes

The software code request page at http://www.genuinewinner.com/software.html had a missing field, which is now fixed. Always use this page for requesting software codes.

Emails

I have about 90 emails to go and have to finish work in an hour, so I wont be able to do them all today - I'll still try. I will resume monday.

Spin analysis requests and emails

I'm now focusing on emails and spin analysis requests. I will at least get all emails done today.

Wheel analysis software simulation feature

From initial tests the simulation feature appears to be working correctly. To make results more accurate, it will use part of the spins for analysis, and another part for actual testing. If the analysis isn't effective enough, you can expect the result to be a loss. From testing various spin profiles from player accounts, roughly 80% were profitable. The harder wheels were around a break even point which is what we'd expect. Anyway testing is a long way from complete, and later I'll create a video to show how it is used. But for now at least have a play with it and it is simple enough to understand how to use it.

Auto analysis software update

Some updates were added to the wheel analysis software, including a simulation feature that determines custom variant accuracy. I only recently tested it on the development server, a bug was fixed, then I had it installed on the player server so I can test with real spins. To use it, simply load your wheel and spin profile, select the spin parameters you want to test, then select simulate. The narrower your parameters, the better the results. I haven't done full testing yet - it will take me a full day and I wont have time until next week. My priority for today is just to address all emails.

Also the new genuinewinner.com site is available. It still needs some work to ensure all content is current and accurate, which is not a small task given the amount of information.

Most relevant to players is http://www.genuinewinner.com/support.html where a list of player resources is available, and http://www.genuinewinner.com/software.html where all software and document access codes can be requested. Especially the new support area will ultimately save me time and make things easier for players. Your browser cache may still have stored the old site version, but refresh the page if that's the case.

Emails

I simply didnt get the time to answer all emails today. As far as i can see I responded to all urgent emails though. Things took a bit longer than expected but I'll definitely be up to date on emails by end of tomorrow.

Wheel assessment software

New software is being created to help assess:

1. a wheel's suitability for roulette computer application
2. how early predictions can be obtained for accurately using the target feature

The idea is you take various ball samples, which are analyzed to see how consistently the ball rolls, and from what speeds accurate diamond targeting is possible. Keep in mind depending on how early you want prediction, and ball track deformations, accurate diamond targeting may not be feasible. This software will tell you what is and isn't possible, and what settings you need to use.

It will be available in roughly 2-3 weeks. It will be free for players.

Uber updates

Today the uber software is having a few minor updates to correct small issues we found in the last support meeting. The programmer released a fixed version but I haven't tested it yet (will tomorrow or at least before shipping).

Ebook's automatically locking

Some of the ebooks players have will automatically lock. This is because the supplier of the ebook service no longer exists. For now I'm using another ebook service, but I hate relying on another company so I'm having my own ebook software created. The programmers already started a few weeks ago, and are a few weeks from completion.

Besides the roulette computer and online wheel analysis software instructions, the ebooks are only introductory documents anyway so the delay is not critical. Where ebooks need to be available promptly, ie to new system players, for now I will use the temporary ebook service.

New Uber roulette computer phones ready

The new Uber phones are ready (5 units). Two are for a partner, and 3 are for purchasers - more are on the way. You would know who each of you are. Some players are waiting on other shipping, and all shipping will be done either by the end of this week or early next.

New web site

Over this week, I'll be updating content on my websites. The changes will make support easier for players - such as requesting software access codes, and finding software. While I'm doing this, my email responses will be a delayed for a few days.

Spin collection software on uber phones

There have been reported issues on the uber phones with the spin
collection software. The programmers created a new version to fix this,
but I haven't had time to test it yet. Someone please test it and let me
know what you find. Get the uber phone version from

Uber dual button bug

At the recent uber support meeting, we used dual buttons to check for a possible bug. We found a few spins where the predictions were a bit suspicious. I checked them carefully on the recorded video and found they weren't the result of bugs at all. The data is consistent with the ball simply traveling a different distance to what normally occurs, and the ball fall beeps and actual ball fall point being coincidental. When it happens live, it just seems odd to actually watch it happen. I'm not saying there is definitely no bug - just that what we thought may be bugs in the support meeting weren't bugs.

On another occasion with dual buttons, the ball travel time was incorrectly calculated as 0. As far as I recall this only ever happened once in my testing so it is very rare, although shouldn't happen at all. Another player experienced it a few times, so I'm still looking to reproduce this and have it fixed. But it is rare enough to not be a problem.

Video recording of Uber roulette computer support meeting

I'm about half way through censoring the video recording of the last
Uber roulette computer support meeting. Unfortunately it is out of focus
a lot, which makes seeing the numbers very difficult. But even if this
wasnt the case, to publish it with high enough quality to clearly see
numbers would be about a 5GB file. I'm trying to keep it somewhere
around 200mb which is practical enough to download.

The explanations in the video are not as clear as they should be, and a
few mistakes are made that may confuse people. Nevertheless I'll still
publish the video, but intend on making another one that is much clearer.

I should be able to finish by the end of the week.

Uber support meeting video recording

I've just started work on editing the uber roulette computer support meeting - the one where auto target is used with very early predictions. I expect it will be released by the end of the week.

Hybrid V3 Computer

Despite the holiday period slowing things a bit, development is going
very well. The hardest part of development has been done. At the
moment, the ball timings part if being worked on. I'll release another
video soon.

Uber roulette computer

I'll be updating the instructions to explain some of the changes and new
features, like the red bar in the target feature, and the raw prediction
announcement. Some of it is covered in the recorded video of the last
support meeting. It'll take me a while to edit parts out (like casino
names). The updated instructions will be ready roughly late january. But
at least the recorded video will explain how the more important new
features are used.
