Make sure you post in the correct section though. The player areas are not visible to the public. The public can't even see who is posting something, or the title of posts - even if they have an account and try to login as special account permissions are needed.
The obvious exceptions to using the forum are if you are discussing private information or requesting an access code. But if you just have general questions about something related to the system or computers, use the forum. Some of the more experienced players may also help you (and me) out.
Even when I stop taking new players, it will still be support related issues that take the most time. UItimately the forum will save me a lot of time.
