Just elaborating on moving support issues to the forum: even if I just responded to your email for support, if you have further questions from now, ask them on the forum so everyone can see and learn - and so I dont repeatedly answer the same questions.
Unless your email has private information that shouldnt be on the forum (like casino names), if you send an email for support, I'll request you post on the forum. I'll leave it up you to decide what you do or dont want published on the forum. Understand that support emails are what take most of my time. Players dont see how much I have to do, so please assist me by using the forum from now.
