Christmas & New Years Schedule
Until approximately 10th January, you are best to NOT send me spins for analysis because I'll already have loads of work that has piled up. I still will do occasional work through the holiday period, but please don't expect a rapid response.

Roulette Computer Instructions
application that are already covered in the instructions. Responding to
such emails really takes a lot of time, when the answers are already
provided. Everyone needs to read, re-read and re-read the instructions.
Of course I give all the support you need, but everyone needs to help me
save time.
When playerrs tell me something is unclear, I clarify it in the
instructions to save me time, and make it clearer for players. I've now
updated the instructions which can be downloaded from the same place.
There will be another update soon, but the latest one clarifies a few
issues.
Also tomorrow I have a support meeting for computer players. It will all
be recorded and footage made available to players for support. If you
haven't yet, sign up to the player only forum at
www.genuinewinner.com/forum/ where further information to assist is
constantly being added.

Roulette Computer Demos
The next public demo will need to be roughly mid to late January - I'll announce dates when booked.
If you are already a player and want to attend for practice or training, possibly you can sit in on private demos, but the problem is the first part would be nothing new to you as it'll cover only the basics. And if we get into advanced application, it confuses the hell out of the newby. Depending on how many present players want to meet up, I may make an entirely separate day for you.
PS - I'm uploading part 2 of the audio from the previous public demo. I'll post that on the forums soon. See http://www.genuinewinner.com/forum/index.php/topic,32.0.html or http://vlsroulette.com/gambling-and-roulette-related/next-public-roulette-computer-demo/ or http://www.rouletteforum.net/cgi-bin/forum/Blah.pl?m-1289773903/

Roulette Computer Shipping
Unfortunately though there's an obstacle, although not major. My courier recently changed their policy regarding shipping of lithium batteries via air freight. This meant some packages were returned. The other courier services wont ship the batteries without kicking up a fuss, which is because of a recent incident involving lithium batteries. For the packages that were returned, I removed the batteries from them and re-shipped. The receivers will need to purchase the required batteries in their country. If you are within Australia, I can ship by road with batteries, but I can't do this for international shipping.
If you are waiting for a computer and live outside Australia, contact me about this so you know which batteries to purchase - they are only about $15 each and can be purchased from many electronics or mobile phone stores. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Emails, computers and general schedule
Because of the piled up work, please be patient with me while I work through it all, including emails and spin analysis.
Roulette computers: I'm still in the middle of shipping computers. Please be patient and understand I have your computer here - I just have loads to package and test.
I expect to be up to date on everything by the end of the week, so please stop emailing me asking 'when'. The answer is simply as soon as possible.

Roulette computers
Everyone else waiting for a computer, please email me your full international shipping address with your phone number. Make sure the details are correct. I'll ship first thing upcoming week. If anyone misses out (and it may happen as there were additional purchasers who much be shipped first), it won't be a problem because another 10 phones are almost done which are due to be completed next week.

Roulette computers and phone/skype calls
I tried to find time for calls today, but had far too little time. But tomorrow (thursday) I'll dedicate the whole day to taking calls, and will have to do other things between calls.
Everyone who calls will be given due attention, but please understand whether it be via skype messaging or voice calls, things will need to move swiftly if I'm able to speak to everyone.

Calls on Thursday 4th November & Roulette Computers
Roulette Computers: I'm going to have a very busy day tomorrow (Thursday) so I'll have to start packaging the latest batch of roulette computers on Friday, and will start shipping Monday-Tuesday in the coming week.
General schedule: I'm about 2 days behind on emails, but expect to be up to date by the end of tomorrow.
Friday, October 29, 2010
Woohoo (roulette computers)
Another 13 unmodified phones arrive early next week, then I'll take them to the technician and pick up the completed phones.
I estimate I'll begin shipping the 11 phones about Wednesday this upcoming week. You will be notified by email if you are one of the recipients. For the other 13 phones - they'll be completed in around 2 weeks from the time I drop them off.
All "purchasing" players will have orders fulfilled. But there may be a few partners (perhaps 1 or 2) that miss out this time because of purchases that I can't always anticipate, but easily the next batch of phones will be enough for everyone. For partners, please understand I have to give first preference to 2+ player teams who are ready to go, and in suitable jurisdictions etc. If I didn't, I run a higher risk of supplying a partner that is less productive.

Public Roulette Computer Demo - Saturday 13th November
The demonstration will be exclusively for the roulette computer device explained at http://www.roulettecomputers.com, NOT the roulette system at http://www.genuinewinner.com. However, for free, I will teach attendees a basic method to predict roulette spins - this method does NOT involve the use of any electronic devices.
The following will be demonstrated:
* The latest version of the device explained at http://www.roulettecomputers.com
* Comparative testing of other devices to clearly establish blatant lies of other device developers - why other devices cost you money rather than profit you.
The demonstration will be conducted on a current model John Huxley wheel with Velstone ball track (MK7 model). An ivorine ball will be used, which is a very "bouncy" ball.
The demonstration will be conducted over 4 hours, from 10am - 2pm. We'll then take a short break for lunch (lunch available on-site, but you'll need to pay for this yourself).
From about 3pm - 6pm, existing players and partners only may remain for training and general support and practise on a real wheel.
Both local and international individuals are welcome to attend. The venue has been booked and date is 100% certain, so you may book your travel arrangements. Accommodation is available on-site which is best to use if you do not live locally.
The demonstration is FREE, informal, and in a very relaxed atmosphere, which is best for everyone to digest the information and to ascertain the truth about the device's capabilities on modern wheels and in modern casino conditions.
This will be the last public demonstration for this year, and may be the last one ever. Anyone can attend, even if merely curious, but bookings are essential. To attend, contact me via www.genuinewinner.com/contact.html to make a booking - your IMMEDIATE action is advised as there is strictly limited seating.

Please use skype.com if you have it. My username is "rouletteanalysis". For now only message me - not voice calling. This is so I can accommodate as many people as possible (I type fast and explain better with text anyway).
If you want to only call via regular phone, no problems but please be aware I have a lot of people waiting for me.

Free roulette computer version
Ultimately, on most phones, even without the custom firmware, you should be able to beat very basic tilted wheels. Purchasers need not be concerned in the least, and you'll understand why when you see the free version.
In the coming week or so I'll provide more details, including how you can obtain it - keep an eye on www.roulettecomputers.com
Good and bad news
The bad news: Ok this part isn't easy. While all purchasers now have their roulette computers (or just been shipped), remaining partners will have to wait a little bit longer. Why? Because my technician just informed me he has too much other work to finish on time - at this stage, a load of phones are sitting half finished. Before you contact me venting your frustration (which I understand), be assured this situation gets under my skin a lot more than it does yours. I've expressed to the technician that if he can't complete them on time that I will need to find another contractor. The problem with this though is that it will take 1-2 weeks to find someone new, another week for them to get acquainted with what needs to be done, and another week or two to actually complete the job and that's even if they had no other work to complete. And on top of that, there's always the chance the technician does a poor job. The current technician is highly skilled which is why he's in such high demand, but it also means we are subject to his schedule and workload. So the best option is to just push the technician as much as possible, and wait.
I have expressed to him that we agreed that phones would be ready by now - I've had a "hissy fit" with him, but it does not change the situation. Likewise, it will not change the situation even remotely if you contact me to express your discontent. Understand I am in this too - I've had to manage loads of stock and partners, while balancing testing of latest versions and equally as busy technicians.
So when will the next batch of phones be ready? He says two weeks or sooner. That's all I have to go on. You can bet that I'll be contacting him regularly to make sure progress is being made, and that's he's aware of the situation. Again I appreciate the continued patience of partners who are waiting, as painful as this is.

Roulette computers
Based on remaining approved partners, I'll have stock for almost everyone. But shortly after I'll have additional phones available. I must give priority to partners who are in the best location to play, and who consist of 2+ players.
All up it appears I'll ship almost all of the remaining orders this upcoming week. For now just make sure you have sent me all paperwork, and have the latest instructions.
Keep an eye on my blog and I'll let everyone know when the stock is in my hands. If you are being shipped, I'll email you beforehand to confirm your shipping address.
Tuesday, October 12, 2010
Roulette computers
For purchasers: You are first and you'll be contacted to confirm what you'll receive, and your shipping address.
For partners: If you don't have the instructions yet, contact me via email. But first you'll need to send me copies of the contracts etc. I'll want to have one last chat with you via skype before shipping, and I'll be available almost all of Thursday. It's much better if you use skype as it'll be a busy call day, and even if I'm on another call with skype, you can still message me to let me know you're waiting - the regular phone just rings out if I'm on another call.
For casinos: I have nothing but love for you.

Roulette computer wireless
Tomorrow I'm picking up more phones, and will ship asap. Gradually I'm getting through the list of people waiting for their computers. I've been limited by how fast the technician works, and the phone modifications are very time consuming to do. Again I have to ship to purchasers first. Either way if you are one of the few who are still waiting, I appreciate your patience and rest assured even if you don't hear from me, I'm doing all I can to move things along.

Roulette Computer Shipping
However, I wont be able to ship all at once as installation of all the components on the phone takes me about 30 mins per phone. It'll take me roughly a week or so to complete all shipping. So at this stage, I estimate everyone waiting should have their roulette computer on the way by Friday next week. Please understand this is an estimation only, not set in concrete.
Of course the highest priority will be players who have been waiting longest or are in particular situations where they need to get moving quickly.

Calls today and Roulette Computers
Roulette Computers: While I was away I was hassling the technician to get as many phones done as possible. Some of the phones were using a plug that needed to be replaced, and they are still in the hands of the technician. I expected him to be complete by today, but he isn't due to various other commitments. Needless to say I'm 'very' not happy about it and am on his back about it. Contacting me to express your frustration really wont help the situation, and rest assured I'm keeping pressure on him.
I expect to start shipping phones back some time towards the end of next week. Purchasers must have first priority over partners. Partners, if you have been waiting for longer than anticipated, while I understand your frustration, keep in mind you aren't paying a cent for the computers - your continued patience is appreciated. I'm aware some of you have put employment positions on hold in anticipation, but all up, we're only looking at about an extra week before I commence shipping of remaining phones, or phones that are having the plug replaced.
Monday, September 6, 2010
Roulette Computer Partnerships
As for various partnership applications, understand there are literally hundreds I haven't even read yet. I expect to be complete with them within about 2 months from now - you'll hear from me either way so please be patient.
Again I'll be mostly unavailable between 7-20th September. Please do not expect a response during this time. I'll still have internet access, but it will be very infrequent and I'll access it only for urgent matters.

Tuesday, August 31, 2010
IMPORTANT: Schedule from 7th - 20th September
Roulette computer players can still request access codes, but it's best to sms me the codes and I'll respond directly. If you don't yet have my mobile phone number, email me. Please do NOT actually call my mobile unless it is absolutely urgent.
For now I'm working on getting all work up to date, which includes shipping of items, spin analysis, emails etc. I'll be up to date by the end of the week.

Roulette Computer Partners
The issues holding us up are:
1. A few extra mods to the software to make application easier (as foolproof as possible). This will only take a matter of days, including testing.
2. The plugs used by the new hardware are not durable enough, so the technician is working on finding a better solution. The plug has specific requirements that aren't simple. This may take him about a week to fully sort out, test etc.
3. As soon as the above is done, I'll ship out the remaining phones I have in stock (there's enough for about 2 more partners/teams, and the rest go to purchasers)
4. I have a load of new/unmodified phones that are going to the technician in a few days, and it'll take him about 2 weeks to complete them all. And even if that's not enough, there are even more coming.
To summarize: within roughly 2 weeks, I expect that every "approved" partner will be shipped their computers. Believe me I'm doing all I can to get every player what they need asap. If I don't "personally" keep you updated, do NOT take this as a lack of interest or enthusiasm on my part for our partnership. Understand that if you are an approved partner, I'm just as keen as you are and it will not change.
TO PROSPECTIVE PARTNERS: Soon I'll be releasing a "lite" version of the roulette computer. It is basically a simplified version of the computer that will be sent for either free or cost price to potential partners. It will run on different hardware, so the cost price will be approximately US$500 with shipping. It will NOT be as accurate or powerful as the full version (Uber), but it will still be more accurate and practical than any computer from another vendor, and will still beat the average wheel. The purpose of this simplified version will be to give potential partners the chance to prove themselves as serious and productive. Productive partners will then be sent the full version.
Generally when I assess partners, they fall into three categories:
1. Either a current system player that has proven themselves to be serious, or a ready team that has visited me or taken various steps to prove they are serious: such players/teams typically receive the full version computer from the start. If you are already a player of mine or have actually taken the time to visit me personally for a day-long demo, chances are you'll be accepted as a partner.
2. An enthusiastic player, but not in a strong position for serious play. For example, they may be a very enthusiastic student, but without money or time. It doesn't take much money to start up, unless you need to travel far to find casinos. And students tend to be busy with study. I like to give such players the opportunity, but there is rarely enough stock available to send them. I have taken chances on such players, and most prove their commitments inhibit progress as partners. However, the occasional risk with such players has certainly paid off.
3. A player that raises many red flags. They may not be who they claim to be, and I simply don't trust them.
I can never have enough of #1. Of course I don't bother with #3. And normally I don't have enough stock for #2, but this will change because I'll be using cheaper hardware that's easy to modify. The full two-player version Uber costs me roughly $2000 to have made (excluding cost of actual development which is enormous). The "lite" version will only cost me about $500, and doesn't have the most important features, so I can afford to send them out to many players as part of an assessment for partnership with the full version computer. I may even send the lite version to purchasers of other roulette computers so they can see even my most basic version is more powerful than the best version of other computer developers.

Roulette Computers and Spin Analysis
Every day I receive emails from partners asking "when". The answer is simply when it is possible. Keep in mind I have an incredible amount of work to do. If you aren't contacted every day by my personally keeping you updated, it does NOT mean I do not care, or that I have forgotten. Understand I have a lot of people pulling me in different directions, and I need to prioritize.
By Tuesday next week, most of the remaining approved partners will know an accurate date of when they be shipped a computer. If you haven't received at least the instructions yet, let me know and I'll send them to get you started. If you have applied for partnership and haven't gotten a response yet, you will regardless of the outcome.
For those of you that have received the computers already (partner or otherwise), don't forget you need to call me personally - I need to discuss some issues before you set foot in the casino. There are some things I wont discuss via email.
Spin Analysis: all spin analysis will be complete by the end of tomorrow.

Now I'll get back to shipping the rest of the computers. If you are still waiting, rest assured I have not forgotten. There are only 8 or so left to go for now, so if you haven't been sent the parcel tracking details yet, you will be soon.

It'll only take me about two extra days to complete the new instructions entirely, and when that's done, you need only download the instructions again, but wont need new access codes. Either way you'll be emailed directly when everything is ready.

Roulette Computers, emails and general schedule
It is taking me roughly 30 mins to prepare each package. It's not as simple as stuffing a box - just the installation and testing of the components on the phones take about 15 minutes.
If you haven't yet heard from me informing you that your computer is packaged and ready to be shipped, you will within a day or so.
Thursday, July 22, 2010
Wheel Analysis Software
One of the most significant new features will be that users will eventually be able to input the numbers into the software by mobile phone, and the predictions will be relayed back to the player from the server. It is being done in a way that very few radio transmissions are made to/from the phone, so it is very covert. Data entry is also covert, but in some cases may require hardware mods. Also no sensitive code will be hosted on the phone, and there is no need for firmware modifications, so the phone software can be hosted on any java-capable mobile phone. Exact details on how it works will be released in the player only forum.
Additionally, because of the limited security risk, more pattern types can be used by the users - this is because the actual betting algorithms are only on the server, and are extremely difficult to reverse engineer. If you ever wanted to achieve results like the more experienced players, but didn't have the patience to learn it all, this is as good as it gets.
The analysis will include various pattern types, including but certainly not limited to primordial and bias analysis. We aim to eventually make bet selection virtually completely automated - ie no intervention from the player - just entering the winning numbers and various data, and the software does the rest.
Again the work is being done over the coming months, so please be patient while we perfect the technology.

Roulette Computer Shipping
Please check your email regularly from this point on as shortly I'll be asking you to confirm your shipping address. Or if you read this, just email me your full international shipping address, AND phone number for the shipping receipt.
Orders within Australia are delivered overnight. But International orders take 7-10 days, so make sure you give an address where you can actually sign for and receive your parcel.
Tuesday, July 13, 2010
Emails, Spin analysis, Document updates and Roulette computers
As for the roulette computers, I now have 10 additional phones completed by the technician - I'll have another 10 soon after, and then I'll send the technician yet another 10 phones so there will be enough stock for all pending orders, including "most" partners. It is hell to organize everything for shipping, AND do other work, but I'm keeping up. I expect to ship a load of them either tomorrow or Friday, if not first thing Monday. I'm behind on the shipping, but believe me I'm well aware of it so you don't need to chase up on me. I too want them out the door and in your hands asap.
Thursday, July 8, 2010

Roulette Computers: I'm in the middle of packaging them for shipping, so it wont be much longer.

Roulette Computers
Roulette Computer Demos: I'll be taking bookings starting this upcoming Tuesday. Likely earlier, but I would like the extra time to settle on a particular venue that is closer to my residence. The previous main venue was about 10 minutes drive from Melbourne International Airport with a convenient free shuttle service (to and from the airport), but this is over an hour drive from my residence. While it is practical for visitors, it is far less practical for me. If I'm do to more private demos, we need a venue closer to me, and visitors need to arrange transportation to and from the venue. A venue which is about 40 minutes drive from the airport will be arranged.
Updated Roulette Computer Instructions: I havent yet had the time to even start on the latest instructions. They are not enormously different though - it will take me only about a day to complete. The main thing I want to add is case-studies of specific wheel conditions, so you know better which settings to use for specific wheels. If you have the latest computer version, you will be contacted when the new instructions are ready.
Monday, June 7, 2010
Roulette Computer Demos
If you have intent to purchase or become a partner following a demo (although there is no obligation), you will be given priority for meeting with me. But if you are merely curious and don't have serious intent, please specify this and we can arrange for you to be part of a "group" demo. When you contact me to request a demo, please clearly specify your intent.
Bookings for demonstrations will recommence as soon as all existing players are shipped their latest computers, which will be roughly from mid-late next week. In other words, I'll start to take bookings from around 16th June.
To existing players waiting for their computer: I'll start shipping in a few days, and shipping will continue for about 2 weeks. There are a lot of packages to get organized so not everyone's computer will be shipped at once. When your parcel is shipped, I will contact you with tracking details.

Contacting me via phone or Skype
But please, understand while your call and questions are treated with respect, ask clear and concise questions. If your questions are simple, you are best to email them, then I can respond whenever is convenient - this will save me time, and get you a quicker response.
Please only reserve calls for when it is necessary. Often a question can be answered with a 30 second email, but instead what were supposed to be brief calls, end up being 30 minute conversations. In other words, save me time, then I'll have more time for support, and will give higher quality support for everyone.

Spin Analysis, Emails, Roulette Computers & Phone Calls
Emails: I'm about 2 days behind on emails, but will be up to date by the end of tomorrow.
Roulette Computers: With the latest version, and all new features complete, so far my testing has been unable to find a fault or bug - although I need to to additional testing to make sure before everything is shipped. Tomorrow I'll be mostly on the phone, so unable to do much testing. I'll continue testing Friday and Monday, but it appears everything is already as it should be. If anything, there would just be minor tweaks. All up, it looks as though I'll be able to start shipping next week - it is not a promise, but it's looking quite certain.
Phone & Skype Calls: I'll be taking calls tomorrow (Thursday) from 9am. It is best you use Skype.com so you can message me even when I'm on other calls, then I can also prioritize calls. If you call on regular phone and I'm on another call, the phone on your end will just continue to ring. If you are especially a relatively new player, please clearly identify yourself as a player (skype messaging) so I know to give your call priority.

Sending me spins
Instead, just email me asking if I received your email and spins for the specific date. Additionally, refer to a specific file name you sent. Say if you send me an excel chart, call it something like "wheelname_date". Keep every file name unique so it can be tracked.
Anyway I should be able to finish everyone's spins by the end of today.
Spin Analysis & Computer Testing
Computer testing: Testing will need to resume tomorrow or the day after so I can catch up on work. There is a good chance everything will be complete this week. If it isn't, it almost definitely will be the following week, and then I can start shipping.
Friday, May 28, 2010
Final Stage Computer Testing & Spin Analysis
Emails: Besides today's emails, all emails are up-to date.
Spin Analysis: Unfortunately I've been lagging in this area due to computer testing. I'm still in the process of analyzing everyone's spins, so if you haven't received a response yet, you will soon. I know the delays are a real pain, but I have not forgotten about them - I'm working as fast as I can. Rest assured though as soon as the latest computer testing is done, everything will be back to normal.

Computer progress and schedule update
Unfortunately all the computer development has caused a lot of delays with my general email and spin analysis response times. I'm well aware of this, so there is no need to follow-up with me. The delays wont last much longer, then things will be back to normal. I'm almost up to date on emails, and will have caught up on all spins by the end of this week.

Roulette Computer
While the testing is being done, the hardware is having an additional modification, which should be done by the technician by the time testing is complete anyway.
Additionally, I'll have a new wheel around Wednesday, so I should be able to do a new DVD for all players. The video can be in high definition if requested. The wheel perfectly matches the conditions of wheels in modern casinos.
All up, all coding is done and now it's just a matter of the final testing, reporting back to the developers with any bugs etc. I'm aiming to have all testing done by the end of the week, and will start packaging the computers in the following week. If it's not all done by then, it will be soon after.
Everyone's continued patience is appreciated. I'm very much looking forward to everyone receiving the computer to see what it's capable of.

Roulette computers & spin analysis
Roulette computers: Coding for the new features is complete. Accuracy and practicality is excellent. In particularly for a wheel that (by traditional analysis) produces a near "random scatter", results were very good. Testing with other computers on the same spins yielded virtually no accuracy. With the developers, I am now doing final testing which will realistically take about a week because we are doing everything possible to force hardware/software crashes, so any bugs can be found and fixed. So far we've only found minor bugs which are easily fixed. I expect all testing are fixes to be complete in around a week, then I'll package everything for shipping in the following week. I'm working almost full-time on this (in between other work), so just because I'm not emailing you directly about it doesn't mean progress isn't being made.

Computer testing
Also I'm in the process of buying a Cammegh roulette wheel. I should have it within roughly 2-3 weeks, at which time I'll create a new DVD. But the DVD will likely be ready a week or so after the latest computer is complete, so I'll ship it separately unless you want to wait a bit longer. Partners do not need to pay for the DVDs - a small fee is required for computer purchasers.

Calls next week and roulette computers
Roulette computers: The anticipated timeline before shipping of the latest version commences is as below:
1. The developers need to complete coding of one of the new features (almost done - will be by about tuesday)
2. Full testing will take about a week in between calls, emails etc.
As with any testing, there are usually minor adjustments/tweaks which may add a 2 or so days. All up, everything should be complete and fully tested, ready to ship in roughly 1.5 - 2 weeks.
Everyone involved is working as fast as possible, but because of the hardware modifications, we must be particularly thorough in bug-testing. So please appreciate while there is a delay, it is to ensure you receive a device that is "perfect". If you prefer not to wait, I can ship a previous version this upcoming week.

Email & spin analysis response times, & roulette computer shipping
As for spin analysis, this will take me a bit longer and I expect to be up to date by the end of the week, although more urgent spins or spins that have been unaddressed for a while will be analyzed likely by the end of Wednesday.
For those waiting for the roulette computers, more testing is needed to ensure everything is working as it should, but the emails are a higher priority for Tuesday. All up I expect everything to be done by around mid next week, with shipping being in the following week for most people. There is a degree of uncertainty as to exactly when - it ultimately depends on my availability to do final testing.

Schedule and public holiday on Monday
Monday is a ANZAC day (public holiday) so I wont be available to answer emails or calls. All this means I will have caught up on all my emails by Tuesday-Wednesday next week. Please do NOT send me followup emails just because I have responded within 24hrs or so - it just burns more of my time to respond and explain my schedule.
Rest assured your emails are respected and addressed in detail. Please be patient, and everyone will have a response by the end of Wednesday 28th April.
