Calls today

I wont be available for calls until after 1pm or so. While this may be inconvenient for some, roulette computer players will be happy to hear I'm away to arrange additional roulette computer stock. For now we're having a hard time keeping up with the demand, but we're working as fast as possible. Soon everyone will have their roulette computers so if you are still waiting, it's really not that much longer.

Unavailable for calls today, & roulette computer shipping

I have a demo until about 2pm today, so will be unavailable for calls. When I return I'll focus on the rest of my emails and spin analysis. I'm a bit behind on these but it wont take too long to catch up. More roulette computers are just about ready to be shipped, so if you haven't been contacted yet, you will be soon. I haven't yet shipped to all purchasers and again they must have priority over partners, so if you're a partner, your continued patience is appreciated.

I'm about half way through all emails and spin analysis, but I wont be able to finish today. I expect to be up to date by the end of this upcoming Monday.

More of the roulette computers are being shipped today - specifically I'm waiting for the courier to pick them up. I'm on their back about it but I live outside the normal metro area.

Roulette Computer Demos - Book Now

I've started taking bookings for private roulette computer demonstrations. Instead of demos being conducted at the typical location, they are being conducted only a 20 minute drive from my residence. This is because while the previous venue was only 10 minutes drive from the airport, it was over an hour drive for me. With my workload, this made it possible for me to conduct only 1-2 demonstrations per week. However, with the new venue being closer, I can conduct many demonstrations each week.

To arrange a booking, contact me via email or phone. Already next week is booked out, and there is an enormous demand so I advise you to book well in advance.

Roulette Computers

Shipping: I've started preparing packages for both partners and purchasers. I don't have enough stock for everyone at this stage, but more is on the way. If I don't ship to you this week, it wont be long after. Priority must be given to purchasers rather than partners as those who've paid up-front shouldn't be kept waiting any longer. Once your package is prepared, I'll contact you to verify your shipping address. Once shipped, I'll send you parcel tracking details.

Roulette Computer Demos: I'll be taking bookings starting this upcoming Tuesday. Likely earlier, but I would like the extra time to settle on a particular venue that is closer to my residence. The previous main venue was about 10 minutes drive from Melbourne International Airport with a convenient free shuttle service (to and from the airport), but this is over an hour drive from my residence. While it is practical for visitors, it is far less practical for me. If I'm do to more private demos, we need a venue closer to me, and visitors need to arrange transportation to and from the venue. A venue which is about 40 minutes drive from the airport will be arranged.

Updated Roulette Computer Instructions: I havent yet had the time to even start on the latest instructions. They are not enormously different though - it will take me only about a day to complete. The main thing I want to add is case-studies of specific wheel conditions, so you know better which settings to use for specific wheels.  If you have the latest computer version, you will be contacted when the new instructions are ready.

Roulette Computer Demos

I'm getting a lot of emails from people wanting to see the roulette computers in person. For now my priority is organizing and shipping the computers to existing players, and then I'll be available for additional demos.

If you have intent to purchase or become a partner following a demo (although there is no obligation), you will be given priority for meeting with me. But if you are merely curious and don't have serious intent, please specify this and we can arrange for you to be part of a "group" demo. When you contact me to request a demo, please clearly specify your intent.

Bookings for demonstrations will recommence as soon as all existing players are shipped their latest computers, which will be roughly from mid-late next week. In other words, I'll start to take bookings from around 16th June.

To existing players waiting for their computer: I'll start shipping in a few days, and shipping will continue for about 2 weeks. There are a lot of packages to get organized so not everyone's computer will be shipped at once. When your parcel is shipped, I will contact you with tracking details.

Emails

Due to the recent email broadcast about the roulette computer price rise, I've been swamped with a lot of emails. Nevertheless, I will have responded to all emails either by the end of today, or at the latest around midday tomorrow. Please do not resend emails.

Contacting me via phone or Skype

Last Thursday I didn't get off the phone and Skype, so many others couldn't reach me. I'll try to make myself available for calls on at least 1 additional day next week - keep an eye on my blog for details.

But please, understand while your call and questions are treated with respect, ask clear and concise questions. If your questions are simple, you are best to email them, then I can respond whenever is convenient - this will save me time, and get you a quicker response.

Please only reserve calls for when it is necessary. Often a question can be answered with a 30 second email, but instead what were supposed to be brief calls, end up being 30 minute conversations. In other words, save me time, then I'll have more time for support, and will give higher quality support for everyone.

Spin Analysis, Emails, Roulette Computers & Phone Calls

Spin Analysis: With the exception of spins sent in the last 48hrs or so, all spin analysis is up to date.

Emails: I'm about 2 days behind on emails, but will be up to date by the end of tomorrow.

Roulette Computers: With the latest version, and all new features complete, so far my testing has been unable to find a fault or bug - although I need to to additional testing to make sure before everything is shipped. Tomorrow I'll be mostly on the phone, so unable to do much testing. I'll continue testing Friday and Monday, but it appears everything is already as it should be. If anything, there would just be minor tweaks. All up, it looks as though I'll be able to start shipping next week - it is not a promise, but it's looking quite certain.

Phone & Skype Calls: I'll be taking calls tomorrow (Thursday) from 9am. It is best you use Skype.com so you can message me even when I'm on other calls, then I can also prioritize calls. If you call on regular phone and I'm on another call, the phone on your end will just continue to ring. If you are especially a relatively new player, please clearly identify yourself as a player (skype messaging) so I know to give your call priority.
