Sending me spins

If you send me spins and do not receive the automated email response confirming they were received, please do NOT simply resend the spins - this just adds to my workload as I then need to figure out of they are different spins, or the same.

Instead, just email me asking if I received your email and spins for the specific date. Additionally, refer to a specific file name you sent. Say if you send me an excel chart, call it something like "wheelname_date". Keep every file name unique so it can be tracked.

Anyway I should be able to finish everyone's spins by the end of today.

Spin Analysis & Computer Testing

Spin Analysis: I'll be spending most of today analyzing spins.

Computer testing: Testing will need to resume tomorrow or the day after so I can catch up on work. There is a good chance everything will be complete this week. If it isn't, it almost definitely will be the following week, and then I can start shipping.

Final Stage Computer Testing & Spin Analysis

Roulette Computer: We're at the last part of the roulette computer testing, which is expected to take roughly 1 more week. So by the end of this upcoming week, everything should be done. Then in the following week, shipping is expected to commence. Remember I'm only giving you the expected timeframe for things, because many of you ask even when I say I don't know yet. If you were looking to see a personal demo and have been waiting, please contact me in roughly 2 weeks from now, as I'll much more precisely know my schedule, and will be able to book a date/time with you.

Emails: Besides today's emails, all emails are up-to date.

Spin Analysis: Unfortunately I've been lagging in this area due to computer testing. I'm still in the process of analyzing everyone's spins, so if you haven't received a response yet, you will soon. I know the delays are a real pain, but I have not forgotten about them - I'm working as fast as I can. Rest assured though as soon as the latest computer testing is done, everything will be back to normal.

Computer progress and schedule update

I'm still testing the latest computer version - it has taken weeks longer than anticipated. All partners and those waiting to purchase can rest assured I have not forgotten - between emails, calls etc I am working with developers full time on this. So while you may not get personal updates, know that progress is being made and you will be contacted as soon as we're done. In particularly if you are waiting as a partner, do not take my lack of contact with you as a sign of a lack of interest in working with you - the situation has not changed, and the issues are purely due to computer testing to deliver a device that, in ongoing testing, is producing truly remarkable results.

Unfortunately all the computer development has caused a lot of delays with my general email and spin analysis response times. I'm well aware of this, so there is no need to follow-up with me. The delays wont last much longer, then things will be back to normal. I'm almost up to date on emails, and will have caught up on all spins by the end of this week.

Spin analysis and emails

I'm full time testing the latest roulette computer, so I'm behind on emails and spin analysis. I will have caught up on emails by the end of tomorrow, and spin analysis by the end of next week. Any urgent spins will be analyzed as soon as they are received.

No calls today

I'll be unable to take calls today as I'm full-time testing the latest roulette computer version. I aim to make another day next week a "phone call day" (additional to the typical Thursday) so that everyone who needs can contact me via phone or skype.

Roulette Computer

I'm in the middle of testing the final version of the roulette computer (before release). Please understand the computer is not a simple device with a few lines of code, so thorough testing is extremely time consuming - especially since when one part of the code is changed, everything must be tested again to ensure there aren't any conflicts or bugs. In particularly the two player version is extremely complex.

While the testing is being done, the hardware is having an additional modification, which should be done by the technician by the time testing is complete anyway.

Additionally, I'll have a new wheel around Wednesday, so I should be able to do a new DVD for all players. The video can be in high definition if requested. The wheel perfectly matches the conditions of wheels in modern casinos.

All up, all coding is done and now it's just a matter of the final testing, reporting back to the developers with any bugs etc. I'm aiming to have all testing done by the end of the week, and will start packaging the computers in the following week. If it's not all done by then, it will be soon after.

Everyone's continued patience is appreciated. I'm very much looking forward to everyone receiving the computer to see what it's capable of.

Calls today - starting at 10am

Today I'll be replying to my emails until 10am, after which I'll start taking calls. Doing it this way will be more efficient as some of you may be calling about emails you sent.

Email backlog

Please be patient while I work through a large backlog of emails. I expected to be complete by the end of today, but I didn't have time to finish. I will still be taking calls tomorrow, but please understand I have to clear my emails so keep questions via phone/skype short and to the point.

Phone calls & emails

I'm in the middle of a lot of admin and paperwork, so I wont be available for calls today. I have a meeting later today so wont have time to address emails or spin analysis. I'll respond to all emails tomorrow, although I wont be available for calls until Thursday.

Roulette computers & spin analysis

Spin analysis: with the exception of 1-2 sets of spins, all spin analysis is up to date.

Roulette computers: Coding for the new features is complete. Accuracy and practicality is excellent. In particularly for a wheel that (by traditional analysis) produces a near "random scatter", results were very good. Testing with other computers on the same spins yielded virtually no accuracy. With the developers, I am now doing final testing which will realistically take about a week because we are doing everything possible to force hardware/software crashes, so any bugs can be found and fixed. So far we've only found minor bugs which are easily fixed. I expect all testing are fixes to be complete in around a week, then I'll package everything for shipping in the following week. I'm working almost full-time on this (in between other work), so just because I'm not emailing you directly about it doesn't mean progress isn't being made.

Computer testing

Coding for the latest roulette computer version is complete, and now I'm just testing to check for bugs etc. This will be done over the next few days - it's a very tedious and time consuming process and with current progress I expect to be done possibly by the end of this week, but more likely by the end of next week at which time I'll be ready to ship.

Also I'm in the process of buying a Cammegh roulette wheel. I should have it within roughly 2-3 weeks, at which time I'll create a new DVD. But the DVD will likely be ready a week or so after the latest computer is complete, so I'll ship it separately unless you want to wait a bit longer. Partners do not need to pay for the DVDs - a small fee is required for computer purchasers.

Calls today

I'll be taking calls today, although I'll be in a meeting from 10:30am - 12pm. I'll then have lunch and will be available again from 1pm - 2pm. If you are unable to reach me today, I'll also be available for parts of tomorrow.
